So disappointed in my gel manicure. Paid over $100 for mani and pedi and it did not last a week. The polish did not even cover the sides of my nails. I was leaving for vacation otherwise I would have complained at the time of service. This is not my first visit to this location but will be my last. I have been a regular customer for many years. The past 6-8 months their quality of service has been really bad. I always get acrylic overlay on my natural nails. I had broken a couple of my nails and I was talked into having tips put on a few of them. I don't like tips. They never work on my nails. I went back two weeks later to get my nails done and have those tips taken off and my nails were green. I had to leave everything off my nails for three months when I finally went back and was able to have my nails done again I went back to having the acrylic overlay on my natural nails. I went on Friday to get my nails done and I have broken two of my nails over the holidays again I was told I had to have the tips put on and I was very nice. I told the girl I was I would not put tips on my nails She told me I would have to have someone else do my nails and rudely got up and went in the back then I'm not gonna say who it was, but he came out and told me that he would do my nails, and after years of having acrylic overlays put on my nails, which I don't wear my nails long told me that he could not build my nails up all he could do is just put it on my nails the way they look Which is not true. I have never had my nails look so bad and I actually paid for this. I could've done a better job probably than this. All he did was put acrylic over a broken nail and left it like that, and then polish them and then expected a tip and on their website, they actually state that they pride themselves and satisfying their customers I'd be embarrassed. I truly expect my money back and I'm gonna post a picture of how bad they look a Child could've done better. I will never go back there again because I wouldn't put tips on my nails. I have to be punished and not have my nails done. I can spend $70 someplace else. read more

Too rough! All three of us had people who were aggressive with our manicures. Two of us left with bleeding cuticles.

It's hit or miss. There's a handful of great technicians. There's one individual I try to avoid as he is terrible at painting nails (or toenails) and looks like a child did them. Same individual talks too much about politics which I don't want to discuss at a salon. Quality is too hit or miss so I have started going somewhere else. read more

This salon is very pretty and the decor is all white. They offers drinks with service which most places in the area do not. The workers all seem to get along and the service was good and on par in pricing with other nail salons in the area. They do not use a new packet of supplies for each person and I did not see an autoclave for the metal tools. Instead, there was a little cup with blue sanitizer on the table into which the technician dipped one end of the tools before using. If you're fine with this level of cleanliness then I highly recommend this place. read more
