These ladies are my people! First, Nessa helped to correct the hack job done by another salon and walked me through a plan to help my nails not only look better, but to heal. Ultimately no longer needing acrylics to be strong, which shows they care more about the person than the paycheck. Nessa always does a beautiful job - and is so patient when I'm indecisive about a color or style lol - and Ashley is fantastic as well. And even during their busiest seasons, if you give them enough notice, they will find some way to make sure you are taken care of. I've never considered myself a "girly-girl" but I look forward to my trips to see these amazing humans - I feel pampered and confident and filled with Joy and laughter every time I visit. I am now blessed to call them friends. Absolutely 100/10 recommend.

I was one of eight people waiting outside and all the "regulars" (I assume) that were waiting for the shop to open kept making remarks on how they usually open up about 30 mins late depending on who they have opening. I've gone here for pedicures in the past, and while there is usually a long wait, it was worth it for the outcome. Today is the last day I will ever come here.

Then, I got another text on Saturday at 1:10 pm saying "Linda is free now, can u come in early" so I was there at 1:40 and she started my pedi immediately. The salon is very cozy with 2 chairs for pedicures and 3 nail stations for manicures. There were 2 ladies and a man working there. Linda was amazing. She listened to my requests and did what I asked for. She was also very gentle and her massages were worth every penny. The chair massage was very good too. 1.5 hour and $93 ($3 credit card fee) later, I was on my way. Traveling the country, I've had better and worse pedis and manis... this nail shop's customer service and gel mani/pedi price deserve the 5 stars. I don't think I'll be back to this area any time soon, but highly recommend this nail salon.

Recently, I bought my wife a $100 gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure. My wife gets a…read moremanicure with S&S. Within a day, the manicure, S&S, chipped, which my wife has gotten for years at other places, and she's never had this happen. Her pedicure was just getting her toes painted??? When my wife brought the chipped nails to the owners attention, she did fix it. She blamed the product but she's the one who chose the product. Sadly, it wasn't free, it was for an additional charge of $60 to fix the problem, and she used the same product??? Guess what? They chipped again. I'm not wasting another $60 to correct what shouldn't have been an issue. Personally, this was very disappointing. From my understanding, a pedicure isn't just painting the toe nails either. I would have painted them for free. Most businesses, when confronted with a faulty job, will usually correct the problem with little to no charge because they don't want reviews like this. Sadly, I'd encourage you to look elsewhere. I'd encourage the owner to choose quality products while giving quality craftsmanship. Maybe consider goodwill instead of overcharging.
