Recently, I bought my wife a $100 gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure. My wife gets a manicure with S&S. Within a day, the manicure, S&S, chipped, which my wife has gotten for years at other places, and she's never had this happen. Her pedicure was just getting her toes painted??? When my wife brought the chipped nails to the owners attention, she did fix it. She blamed the product but she's the one who chose the product. Sadly, it wasn't free, it was for an additional charge of $60 to fix the problem, and she used the same product??? Guess what? They chipped again. I'm not wasting another $60 to correct what shouldn't have been an issue. Personally, this was very disappointing. From my understanding, a pedicure isn't just painting the toe nails either. I would have painted them for free. Most businesses, when confronted with a faulty job, will usually correct the problem with little to no charge because they don't want reviews like this. Sadly, I'd encourage you to look elsewhere. I'd encourage the owner to choose quality products while giving quality craftsmanship. Maybe consider goodwill instead of overcharging. read more

I'm very pleased with my experience. I needed my nails done for a special occasion, and had a couple nails that were much shorter than the others. Those were seamlessly extended and polished with the rest. The result is great for a good price. The staff was kind and helpful. I'd definitely go here again. read more

Kim's Nails is by far the best nail salon in the state of Kentucky. The staff is courteous, patient and helpful. This business is always clean and everything is completely sanitized and immaculate. The owner, Kim, is sweet, honest and really always goes the extra mile to make her customers happy. I highly recommend this establishment. read more

This is what I left with today ... essentially a puncture wound. By far the worst service and experience I've had in this industry. The owners need to keep their children at home so that they can focus on their paying customers. I am not paying for nice conversation (which I had). At the very least I am hoping to leave with better looking feet and nails and ZERO INJURIES! Let's hope there is no infection to follow considering there are no real OSHA guidelines being followed.
