They pulled it in checked the level and oil sample and told me they wouldn't recommend changing it as it didn't need it. They tightened the plug and replaced the missing washer and didn't charge me. Told me to come back in a few weeks if I had any issues or if I wanted them to check the plugs. Very much appreciate the honesty and customer service. The topside crew washes my windows, checks tire pressures, checks all my fluids, fills the new oil, shows me how to reset my oil change reminder, puts on a new windshield oil change reminder cling. Usually less than 10 minutes. $65 for my Lincoln MKX. In & Out @ Reggie's. They also do transmission flushes which I had them do today. These guys are epic. I get more value than I expect for the money.
