Good introduction to Korean food for an American/midwest palate. Not very spicy. On the sweeter side, mid of like American bbq sweet side. Service was very kind and patient. The interior decor is a modern cute vibe. I liked the style of it. The service was very quick! I did not wait very long for my food. The employees were very polite and kind. The food was good! I wish the tteokboki sauce was a little thicker but it was still enjoyable. There were so many toppings in it and the portion was huge (not that I'm complaining!) The k dogs are amazing! The crunch was perfect and the sauce was very good. The limeade wasn't too sweet, not too sour. It was a perfect balance. I would love to try their sweet foods! They look delicious. The wait was extremely long. I ordered the Tonkutsu Ramen as is with spicy chili oil on the side. They made it with the chili oil added. And yet even with the chili oil, it was quite bland. read more

Best way to explain the concept is like this. Imagine a bunch of netflix execs trying to find the next big money maker. Then they say "k-pop good. Demon hunters also good. Kpop-demon hunters? Good? K-pocha does the street food well (corn dogs good, chicken wing good) - then they just say f*ck it and jump the shark with an easy to churn out bib bim bap with broccoli, a sh*t ton of rice, with a cabbagey tanginess to the gochu "sauce", but a generous portion of thickly cut meat masquerading as bulgogi. Hey the front of house guy needs some help hire more people. You know my thoughts on authenticity (its not) but also, some refined customer asked if they had stone pot bibimbap and this mfer simultaneously taking orders and making waffle cones shrugged his shoulders. I would say it was a fun experience! The atmosphere is super cute inside! Only a few tables and limited outdoor seating. The service was decent. Seemed a little rushed. As for the food, the Miso Ramen was really good! The only thing I didn't enjoy was not being asked about certain ingredients inside the ramen. It was like this is what's coming with it no matter what. As for the Bulgogi... I would rate it a 3.5 not too much flavor or anything just very bland. Kimchi was great! Boba wonderful! I would go back again and change up food options, but I would be like "THIS IS A MUST GO TO". It is new and I understand quirks too. So we will try again in a couple of months. read more

Soooo good! Have been wishing for a Korean street food place in TC for so long! K-POCHA does not disappoint! Located in a strip mall area, but so what. Lots of parking. Seats about 40+, big front windows let in lots of light. They have a great order kiosk at the door, but you can order at the counter, if you prefer. Clean and simple place. Now for the food. The So-Tteok So-Tteok, skewers of rice cakes and Chinese sausage, fried and drizzled with gochujang sauce were outstanding. Chewy, crispy, sweet and savory, hits all the bases. The Tator-nado is fun food. Spiraled potatoes, deep fried on a stick, like fair food, but better. Also drizzled with more of the gochujang sauce, yummy. The potato covered corndogs are going to be a fave. We got the half mozzarella and half hot dog one. Deep fried, of course, and drizzled with 2 sauces, another winner. Finally, we had the Garlic Wings. Sweet and savory, perfectly cooked, delicious. However, not the shatter crispy Korean fried chicken I was hoping for. Of course this is a soft opening, so they could end up getting that shatter crispy down the line. Still very good. Lots more things for us to try on our next visit, like Gimbap, Bibimbap, ramen and other corndogs. Plus bubble waffles with ice cream. There are also fun bevs, like strawberry mango, Oreo, taro, mango, or strawberry slushes. So happy to have this place here!!! Can't wait to come back! read more

Tried out this new Korean spot in TC and was seriously impressed. The garlic wings were crispy, sticky, and packed with flavor -- easily some of the best I've had. The pork belly bao was tender, juicy, and perfectly balanced with a soft, pillowy bun. Great flavors, easy kiosk to order to-go, and a chill vibe. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu. read more

Ordered bibimbap and the beef was super tough. Also, received 2 pounds of rice with very little vegetables to mix with. This is NOT bibimbap. More like bibimslop. Mandu tasted like cardboard with rubber filling. This place is a joke. read more

This place is now my new favorite reasturant. I ordered the Japanese ramen it was so good the broth was very flavorful and the ingredients were really good I usually don't like mushrooms but they tasted so good. They could have used different noodles but besides that it was amazing my mom orders the KFC rice bowl an she said it was really good and started cravin more of it the next day. It was so good we had to come back an try the Korean corn dogs I got the hot Cheeto flavor with mozzarella fillin and it was different but very good I inhaled the whole thing and we something we forgot the name of but it had tteokbokki and chopped up hot dogs an it was sooo good the sauce an sesame seeds were the cherry on top my mom and me are craving more we also ordered the Berry blast ice cream and it tasted amazing it was surprisingly bigger than expected the ice cream tasted organic and rich with flavor our drinks were good too we absolutely love this reasturant. Also the costumer service was great everyone was so nice the guy even let my mom refil her Boba with new popping pearls. This was so not worth $18 a bowl, first guy at counter not friendly never smiled and was not helpful, asked for suggestions first time there and give little info, order the #2 chicken and it was mainly rice 2 little pieces of broccoli, 3 very over cook pieces of chicken so bad it was stringy and way too much coating, lots of overcooked rice, so very disappointed. 1 time there was enough for me. read more
