This is the worst smoke shop ever!! they are not honest and i don't recommend them to anyone. I went to buy my normal standard hookah and they pushed me to buy a different type and they claimed to be the best and pushed me to purchase it. I took it home and it is a piece of junk and didn't work at all, they just wanted to get rid of it. I went back after 30 minutes and they refused to return it or even swap it. He didn't try and up sell me on the most expensive model but showed me what my options were across price ranges. He took the time to let me sample different juices so I got exactly what I wanted. He set up my coil for me and carefully showed me how to fill the pod. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, paid a lot of attention to detail and I appreciate it greatly. Place is reasonable when your trying to get something thats on the way because of the location, but the prices are a little over priced on certain items. Still I haven't had an all bad experience , just that they really don't work with you on the price. Again its reasonable, not in everything is over priced so its best to check out what else they have for a good price. read more

So I write this review a bit torn. I could say for the most part I have a positive experience 70% of the time. usually it's not much more than walk-in purchase something say hello and everyone's typically friendly. One underlying vibe I get across-the-board though is that they're very sales driven. I feel the sense that their idea of customer service is upselling, regardless if you even mention your spending limit right off the bat. That's fine all businesses are trying to make a buck I could definitely understand. So the first time ever I had a problem with one of the products, was a coil that broke within 3-4 hours of me using it. I've already been using the same product for two months now, it's the third one I bought. customer service went straight to the sign on the door which is "no returns" sorry Charlie tough luck. No argument buyer beware. Buyer has options in a oversaturated market of head shops right now and my money won't go there anymore sorry. The feeling goes both ways it's only a $7 item. I shouldn't make a big deal but considering how much over the course of time I spend there. neither should they. I didn't even need a replacement but the obvious lack of concern and skepticism, could care less about even knowing that this product could potentially do that to other people in the future. Horrible smoke shop. Super janky. Tried this place three separate times. I bought butane your house and it didn't work. So when I went back up there sand told them it didn't work. They filled it with butane then sent me on my way. Once I got home and tried to use it, it still didn't work. So then I drove up there once again complaining of a faulty piece. They tried to amend the issue and fix it again until they gave up and then just gave me the whole can of butane and then a complimentary mini torch. So after that I was pleased with the situation and i figured it was an honest mistake. The next time I went I got a vape box. The guy upsold me on the more expensive project but I wasn't tripping because that's his job. But when I used the vape box it immediately broke. So I took it right back and he hesitated like he already knew it was faulty. He proceeded to tell me why it wasn't working and then gave me a new one. So I use the new one and it work perfectly fine. Instantly. So I'm using it and I'm using it...and guess what...that bitch breaks. So I'm like wow I'm over this. So I go back and tell them it doesn't work and they say send it to the manufacturer. While they're telling me this, two other customers were in the store complaining about their products being faulty. This place will sell you faulty products and try to make it seem like you are the reason for its poor performance. read more
