K-Top Korean BBQ in Longview was a really great experience overall. The service stood out right away. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and quick to help without being overbearing. They explained things clearly and kept an eye on the table to make sure we had what we needed. The food was just as good as the service. Everything is all you can eat! The meats were fresh, well-marinated, and cooked up perfectly on the grill. Everything came out quickly, and the side dishes on the bar were flavorful and a great addition to the meal. You can tell they care about quality. And the sushi at the bar? SO good. Honestly, I could've just sat there and eaten sushi the whole time and been happy. Drinks were also well made and paired nicely with the food. Overall, it was a very fun and satisfying meal! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here! Good variety of meats to grill--we particularly enjoyed the pork belly and beef tongue, and the bulgogi had a great flavor. We also got mushrooms and pineapple to grill. The appetizer bar had so many offerings, it was hard to decide--but since I wanted to leave room for the delicious barbecue, I limited myself to a few gyoza and sesame balls, both of which were quite good. Next to the appetizer bar was a bar with a variety of sauces and other flavorings for people doing hot pot, but on this trip we just did the bbq. The price included both, and our server made it clear we could switch if we wanted to. We each tried one of the specialty cocktails and a couple of regular drinks. I especially liked the Very Berry Mojito. (We walked over from a nearby hotel.) Our server, Kenzie (I'm not sure I spelled that right) was helpful, courteous, and cheerful. The woman that was new and had blonde hair and glasses had very great service! She was incredibly helpful for it being my first time and I highly recommend suggesting her as your server if you go. We were there an hour and a half and were served barely any food, 4 small plates. Got charged $53.02 We got tired of waiting and left to go get some food. Waiter claimed her name was "spider", probably because she doesn't want her real name associated with this horrible restaurant. read more

We had Cliff as our server and he was very attentive and had great conversation. Definitely recommend asking for cliff if you go he makes amazing drinks also; we got the passionfruit lemonade. Food was great as always and it was definitely a great experience yet again! read more

This was probably the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. We let our waitress know when we arrived that we had never had Korean BBQ before and besides showing us the menu and how to order on the IPad, we were offered no assistance. When we asked about different sauces, she just pointed us to the sauce bar and said "there is the sauce bar". When our food arrived, we were not given any instructions on how to prepare the food or even what each piece of meat was. Finally, the music in the restaurant was at the volume and style of music one might hear in a club. We will not return and do not recommend this restaurant. read more

This is o r of my favorite restaurants in Longview. All you can eat meat, why more can you ask for. The wait staff is always helpful and if you get stuck on something, just ask. The more in your party, the better the experience but a solid value either way in my opinion. If you ate a first timer I recommend going during lunchtime. read more
