Since then, it has spent more time in the dealership's possession than in mine. This latest visit alone has lasted nearly 30 days. After almost a month, I was told the problem was corrosion and rust that simply needed to be cleaned off. A brand new machine with corrosion causing warranty issues is disappointing enough. What's completely unacceptable is that I've now been told my UTV has been repaired for over a week, but Tejas Motorsports refuses to release it because they are waiting for CFMOTO to reimburse them for the warranty work. That is not my problem. I paid for a new machine, not to become collateral in a payment dispute between a dealer and a manufacturer. If Tejas Motorsports cannot or will not release a customer's paid for vehicle because they are waiting to be reimbursed, that is a serious business problem and customers should not be the ones paying the price. Communication has been poor from the beginning. I've repeatedly had to call for updates, and no one has taken ownership of resolving the situation. At this point, my brand new UTV has spent more time at Tejas Motorsports than it has with me. I regret buying from this dealership, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

After making the trip back with the bike, all of a sudden they were "closed." Funny how they were open when I pick up the bike, but when I showed up to have them look at it, nobody wanted to deal with it anymore. The whole experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and frustrating. You expect quality work and basic respect. Instead, I was laughed at, dismissed, and left with more problems than I started with. Let me not get started on the part that was broken it look like they try to glue the piece back , which it wasn't like that. Our family has had major rebuilds done (transmission) as well as complete fluid changes (routine high-mileage maintenance) done on our Chevrolet trucks. He always does a great job. He is also quite a bit less expensive than taking your car to a dealer. Plus, he doesn't "find something broken" like many dealers have a tendency to do even under normal oil change inspections. Call ahead to ensure he has room for you. It may take a few days to get you in. Good mechanics are busy mechanics. Bottom line - Supreme1 is a trustworthy place to take your vehicle. Less expensive than a dealer. Reservations recommended.

I was taking my Suburban for all repairs to a shop in Spring, up until about last July. I was crushed to find out my mechanic was no longer at my usual spot. I don't just trust anyone with my truck, as I'm sure most people are the same when it comes to their vehicles. So I asked around, and heard some great stuff about Ultimate in Humble. I thought, Yay!!!! Some place close to home!!!! I took my truck over last August, met Ben.....the owner of Ultimate, and explained that my truck was leaking A LOT of oil from several places. I also explained that aside from having a large household, at that time this was the only vehicle we owned to get all 4 children & ourselves around. Ben & one of his employees looked everything over & promptly let me know the cost & the length of time it would take to have my truck fixed. I went ahead & got a rental car, even though he told me he would have me fixed up by the next day & ready to go. Had I arranged to have my truck to him earlier, I could've had it back that same day, but those of you that know me, know I move slow at times, lol. When I went back to pick my truck up the next day I was very much satisfied with the work they had done. Finally, NO MORE OIL DROPS IN MY DRIVEWAY!!!! I was also happy that Ben's employee let me know that I was going to need my rear differential changed out soon. Well, i wasn't exactly happy that I was going to have to have it replaced, but my last mechanic had told me the same thing a few months before, so it was nice to know that my entire truck was checked out without me having to mention that to them. He made me aware that I should have it taken care of as soon as I could, but didn't make me feel pressured to do it at that same time, or even through them for that matter. If it's one thing I can't stand, it's having someone make me feel pressured........especially on such a big job like that. That's the exact reason why I stopped going to the Chevy dealership to have work done. I took my truck back to Ultimate at the beginning of October due to a fuel pump issue & also had them change out the rear differential at that time. Now my truck is in great running order & I can't Thank Ben & the guys over at Ultimate enough for doing such a great job & getting me back on the road quickly.
