I have never had a worse experience with a dealership. I purchased a brand new CFMOTO UFORCE U10 Pro XL from Tejas Motorsports in mid May. Since then, it has spent more time in the dealership's possession than in mine. This latest visit alone has lasted nearly 30 days. After almost a month, I was told the problem was corrosion and rust that simply needed to be cleaned off. A brand new machine with corrosion causing warranty issues is disappointing enough. What's completely unacceptable is that I've now been told my UTV has been repaired for over a week, but Tejas Motorsports refuses to release it because they are waiting for CFMOTO to reimburse them for the warranty work. That is not my problem. I paid for a new machine, not to become collateral in a payment dispute between a dealer and a manufacturer. If Tejas Motorsports cannot or will not release a customer's paid for vehicle because they are waiting to be reimbursed, that is a serious business problem and customers should not be the ones paying the price. Communication has been poor from the beginning. I've repeatedly had to call for updates, and no one has taken ownership of resolving the situation. At this point, my brand new UTV has spent more time at Tejas Motorsports than it has with me. I regret buying from this dealership, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone. read more

First of all, whoever the manager is at this place needs to seriously work on how customers are treated. I came in to let them know about a broken part on my bike that was not damaged when I dropped it off for repairs. Instead of listening to my concern or trying to help, I felt completely dismissed and laughed at while trying to explain the issue, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Whether it was because of my accent or something else, I was made to feel like I wasn't being taken seriously. I went there to tell them about a broken part on my bike that was not damaged when I dropped it off. The bike came back from repairs with a problem that wasn't there before. They made me feel like I was stupid or that what I was saying didn't matter. I told them I would bring the bike back so they could see the problem for themselves. After making the trip back with the bike, all of a sudden they were "closed." Funny how they were open when I pick up the bike, but when I showed up to have them look at it, nobody wanted to deal with it anymore. The whole experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and frustrating. You expect quality work and basic respect. Instead, I was laughed at, dismissed, and left with more problems than I started with. Let me not get started on the part that was broken it look like they try to glue the piece back , which it wasn't like that. If you're thinking about taking your bike or anything else there to get fixed, I'd think twice. Based on my experience, you might end up with more problems than you had before. Just a little disappointed. Saw a deal I couldn't pass up. Put a deposit on a motorcycle, and had them start on a quote for trade on mine, and started on getting insurance. Didn't hear anything back, so I called a few days later and learned the GM had promised to sell it to an employee, supposedly before my deposit (which they're refunding). Long story short, make sure to ask if there's some super secret deal going on before you put a deposit on anything. read more

I was an out of state buyer. The process was super easy, including negotiating a price. After picking up the vehicle, I decided to change the state in which I was going to title it after a few days. When I contacted them about it, they were incredibly helpful on this front and didn't bat an eye even though they already had the sale and didn't need to help me out. Highly recommend this place. June 6th, saw a bike I liked at an attractive price so I filled out a web app to get more details. Here we are on June 29th with no follow up. I also replied on one of the ads they ran on Facebook. No response there either. Why bother to pay for these lead generating services if you're not going to bother following up on your leads? I'm gonna give them a call tomorrow to see if I get better help, though I'm not very confident that I will. June 30th update: I called in an got on a salesperson on the phone quick enough. Fabian answered and I asked him about the specific bike I wanted. 2019 r3 abs model that they have listed for 3999. I asked if I could get the otd price on it as I'm interested in buying it. He says he'll call back in a few minutes. 2 hours go by and he calls me back and gives me a price of 6400. Whoa, um I asked for the 2019 model not the 2020. He apologizes and says "the guy entered it wrong" and that he'll call me back. Cool. It's an hour before they close and I haven't heard so I call them back. He said he thought he left me a voicemail (he didn't) but that he'll call me right back. So he does and this time I get an OTD of 5400, he adds that someone else is talking to his co-worker and is interested so I should place a deposit if I'm serious. That's 1400 in ttl and prep fees y'all, holy hell! I tell him I'm still interested but if he can email me a breakdown of the costs. He tells me there emails haven't been working. Well shit I guess that explains why I never got an email. "But I can text you the paper." Alright cool. I get a text.... With a buyer's order. Mind you I asked for an itemized breakdown of the OTD price. Only thing on this breakdown is the MSRP off 5299+ freight and DEALER PREP of 1000 - discount of 1300 for a subtotal of 4999. Immediately after this text he said someone put down a deposit. Yeah, by this point you're wondering what the hell is going on. Here's the kicker, and this is downright laughable. My name, email and PHONE NUMBER IS ON THE DAMN PAPER. I didn't give the gentleman my email earlier, so I can only assume this is from the web app. You're telling me that you've been sitting on my info for a whole month... And knowing that your email system has been whack (so he says), you couldn't give me a phone call to make this sale weeks ago?!! And this is besides the point that he's ignoring the advertised price! To the owner, your employees from your sales department to your social media and internet department is costing you money. Service is what sells, not pricing. I bought a brand new 2024 ZX-6R a few days ago. The sales man was super nice and helpful. Kudos to Colton! Most of the people working there are great and friendly. I give them full 5 stars! However... The coolant is empty. The engine heats up to over 240F in just a few minutes going around the neighborhood. I think they charged ~$600 (Installation fee or something like that) for 5 gallons of gas only, because the bikes come already assembled. Who knows what else is missing or losing!? Additionally, I paid for a CTEK comfort indicator (56-564), but they installed the one that comes with the charger. Also, the bike fell off the kickstand and the left side handlebar broke. It's made of thin aluminum and plastic. It's got an engineering design flaw. I contacted the dealer and ask them if it's covered under warranty. They said they get back to me, but never did. I called them multiple times, but they keep put me on long holds and ghost me. I was reading some reviews, and I see that not preparing the bikes for delivery is a common issue for this dealer. read more

Service is HORRIBLE at this place. I had a service appointment at 9am. I get there at 8:55am and am told to wait. I then watch 2 people who came after me get immediate service and one person gets his motorcycle taken back to service right away. I go stand by the counter, totally ignored. I had this same issues when looking to buy a motorcycle. No one wanted to wait on me so i went to Stubbs where i bought my motorcycle that same day. So dont go to this non-customer friendly place for anything unless maybe you have friends that work there. They act like they are doing you a favor to actually help a paying customer. I have called them 5 times to have them pick my bike up for repair. Each time they say they will call me back. I have yet to get a callback. It has been a month now since the first call. It is clearly posted on their website that they pick up within a 50-mile radius but evidently it is false advertising because they do not seem to be interested in my businesses. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my Yamaha Venture to them to have slip on exhaust installed. Simple enough right? Nope! I told them I had a big ride coming up in 8 days this being a Saturday and had to have it by then. He asured me it would be ready on Tuesday. On Wednesday he called and said he didn't have the gaskets but could have them overnighted an would have them by Thursday. On Friday I still haven't heard from them. 4:30 I call them and was told by Steven he would walk outside and find out what was going on and call me right back. 5:45PM I Call back and was told he hasn't had time to go out and check because unfortunately I was not there only customer. He then placed me on hold for 20 minutes and another guy picked up and told me the wrong gaskets came in and I wouldn't get my bike now till Tuesday . Why they would tear my bike down if they didn't have the parts to put it back together is beyond me. I finally got my bike back on wednesday after them trying to charge me 34 dollars for overnight shipping. I'm now out 3 days waisted vacation and $450 on prepaid lodging with no chance of a refund. Running an ad for two motorcycles, along with the statement that "Tejas Motorsports never charges freight or assembly, all prices exclude only tax title and license fee if applicable". Well, they not only tried to charge me for both freight and assembly, they also wanted $1000 more than their listed price. Thanks Tejas. I was instead able to buy the next bike up, an upgrade, from someone else and for less than what they were trying to charge me. STAY AWAY! Was told 2 weeks to get 1st service and fix a couple things that was found after taking delivery. What really makes me angry is I was told if I had their gold service plan they could get me in and out pretty quick. Needed some work done on a Yamaha generator and this was the closest authorized service dept I could find. Short version Avoid this place! They've had my generator for 2-1/2 weeks and I won't get it for another week. They are replacing the entire carburetor which I'm suspicious is more than needs to be done. I'm almost half way towards a new generator at this point. Long version Took it over and was told I'd be called with a potential cost and timing after they looked at it. From there here is the chain of events: 1. Called 3 times and they finally started looking at it 9 days later. 2a. Get a call back saying the "pin" (I'm assuming jet) in carburetor is bad. Can't replace just that part since Yamaha no longer sells it ($270). And it will take 5-10 work days to get delivery of the part from Yamaha. I tell them I need it sooner and am told a $90 fee is charged to overnight it. I begrudgingly agree. 2b. I search online and in 3 mins find every part sold (OEM) on that carburetor on 3 different websites. I call back and politely ask them to please make sure that the entire carburetor needs to be replaced since I was able to find parts. 3. Call back 3 days later to make sure delivery of part and repair is happening. Am told she can't look it up in the system right now (since they are working on the generator) and she'll call me back. No call back occurs. 4. I call back next day and am told part will not be in till middle of next week (roughly 6 more days). I protest saying we agreed to overnight it so I would have the generator by the weekend. She checks and says there is no charge/record of doing that. At this point I'm tempted to tell them to shove it and go over to get it and take it somewhere else. But I'd really like to have it for another weekend event (tailgating) coming up. read more

This is the Worst place ever to buy an ATV. In one year with only us putting 10 hours of riding on it... we have had to replace the brake pads, fuel tank, fuel something else, calibrator, fuel cap, falling out lights, etc. The sale persons (John) lie to you at all cost to get you to buy from them. Their service department is slow, rude, and over priced. They lie to you about their extra warranty coverage and do not stand behind the products they sell. We bought a used kymco, have put only 10 hours total on it in a year and it no longer works and the reason it does not work is not covered under the extra warranty we bought even though we were told it covered ALL parts on the ATV no matter what goes wrong or whay happens. The service manager Steve said no one would ever say that but admitted during the conversation there was another previous customer that was told the same thing ......but THEN SAYS it was not told ever to me. REALLY???? When I dropped my bike off in the first place, the intake service man Stephen even told me I had all coverage but all of a sudden he is no longer with the company...really this was not even a week and a half ago. Worst customer service from their parts department I have seen in a long time. I originally ordered a part for a Kymco People 250 and after calling 5 or 6 times and spending 20+ mins on hold I finally got someone to help me order the part. The guy on the phone took the order and told me he would be able to get my order to me by the following week. I called a week later to check the status of the order and I still had to call multiple times and get placed on hold more. When I finally got someone on the phone it was a woman and she had a "I don't care" attitude. I inquired about my order and she told me the that it hadn't been shipped to them. I explained to her that I was told that I would get the part that week, and again I got an attitude. I needed this part to fix a coolant line on my scooter since it is one of the only vehicles we have available in the household. I ended up going to Advanced auto parts and buying the parts to make the fit myself. I promptly called Tejas back to try to cancel the order but was told no one in parts was available and that I would get a call back. I left 4 messages over 4 days and I did not get a call back. I finally called today and asked to cancel the order and the same woman picked up in parts and was told that I wouldn't get my full amount back since the manufacture had shipped the part. I demanded to speak to the parts manager, I was put on hold. Instead of the parts manager I got the woman again and with the same attitude as before told me I was going to get "my $10 or whatever back". I will not be purchasing anything from Tejas ever again, barring some of their employees learn some customer service skills. FYI: I use the term woman as she never gave me her name when she answered the phone. read more
