We managed to limp the van there, and before we arrived they told us they would help change the tire. As soon as we got there, their attitude completely changed. Instead of honoring what they said, they told my driver to "take it off yourself." He politely asked for assistance since we were paying for service, and they completely ignored him like he didn't matter. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. We ended up having to call AAA and a tow company because they refused to help with something they had already agreed to do. I've never experienced customer service this rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Whether it was because of our race or not, that's exactly how we were made to feel. No customer should ever be treated like they're beneath the people they're paying. Save yourself the frustration, the disrespect, and the wasted time.
