It was around 11PM on a Thursday night and after several unsuccessful calls to nearby 24/7 tow services, I came across Zeigler's listing and Jamie answered. Jamie was the only 24/7 tow services that was available as advertised. He was on location in about 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed our problem... he was able to tow the car and offered to take on the repairs next day. Meanwhile, we were able to rent a car from the nearby Cincinnati airport and continued our trip to Louisville that night. Jamie was very flexible on pickup and had our car ready to go on a trip back through Cincinnati on Sunday of that weekend. Professional, friendly, flexible, and fair pricing. I am recommending them for their honesty, not how fancy a place or how "organized" (shall we say) they are. Another plus is that they are open until 8 pm. I got my flat at 5 pm so that was the main reason I chose them in the first place.
