Pretty awesome bowling :) Check in is easy & the workers are kind. We had the unlimited attractions so we could bowl all we wanted for free. The lanes were pretty empty and there are tons of bowling balls to try out. We ordered some lunch while we bowled. The lady never refilled our drinks so that was kind of annoying, but the food was good. We had a small pizza (yum!) a sandwich and some fries. Everything was hot and delicious. Prices seem fair. The have optional bumpers and the little roller things for the kiddos. It was a nice break to come in from the outside fun. I wish the music was a little bit louder! We will be back! read more

There seems to be a new trend in bowling centers these days and Pinz is effectively on the cutting edge of bowling fun. Cushy chairs, lane side drink and food service, quality balls to choose from and super friendly staff who check in to make sure you are having fun. There are 24 lanes available in the standard bowling area, then, situated in it's own room are about another 6 or 8 lanes for parties and laser enhanced bowling. I didn't get a good look but it seemed like a place near where I live where it gets very psychedelic. What a great place for a family night or even a guys (or ladies) night. I could see corporate types doing silky tests of trust and communication off the walls. Anyways, great spot for just about anyone (no climbing on walls though, seriously), great prices and hardly a wait ever. The lanes are limited in number though so if you know what time you or your party will want to be in and if you have a particular lane you wanna be in... call ahead. The bar is close enough to run to if you ever run dry but worry not.. the staff is on top of their game. Drinks and food comes out quickly and consistently as ordered. Quality of food... meh... it's a bowling alley. I've had better for sure but I've absolutely had worse. Quality of drinks... brilliant. The staff is obviously well trained behind the bar. They do God's work and are gracious about it. Prices... it's a fair price for the over all experience. Maybe eat ahead of time and just come thirsty... but come often! If I could give it no stars I would. For one, the girl that was helping us with are bowling shoes she was wearing booty hugger shorts at a family place were there are kids. Now me and my family have been going to wahooz ever since it was call boondocks. And it's so sad to say the service was absolutely terrible. By far the worst service I've had in so long. I had asked more then 4 times to have someone come over to take are order so we could eat and bowl. We had waited for 30 mins before anyone could even get over there to help us because we had asked for help and service so many times. I can say it wasn't busy at all because there was a group of girls and boy with head sets chatting up a storm. By the bar where the food and drinks area. I had to actually wait for these girls to stop talk to ask for service. When a service girl came over finally I didn't get her name but she was wear a blue shirt so I'm pretty sure she was a supervisor and she had a very terrible attitude when coming up to ask what we needed. Very terrible way to spend Father's Day. Won't be coming back for awhile. read more

In our Entertainment Book we had a coupon for buy one hour of bowling, get an hour free so we took advantage of the coupon and we bowled 2.75 games before the lane shut off right on the 2 hour mark. We paid an additional $5 an hour to bowl in the quieter area of the bowling alley but it wasn't worth it. We were next to a huge party of kids (duh its a bowling alley) and it was as busy and loud as the main area. Overall we had a great time and will probably go back and do it again. read more

We really like this place. We have brought all ages, from 9 up to 75, and everyone has fun. It's shockingly clean for a bowling alley, and is so new that it doesn't have that used shoe/sweaty kid/old man smell that most bowling alleys seem to have. I'd like it to be a bit less expensive, but is like everything to be less expensive - so maybe that's just me. One small complaint. Last time we went, my special needs son stuck his finger in a ball and it came back out with an old, used band-aid stuck to him. Yuck!!! He was repulsed and it took a long time for him to trust another bowling ball. So one star off for that. I sincerely hope it was just a fluke. I'm going to choose to believe that they do clean the balls on a regular basis - unless it happens again. Then I'll be really grossed out. read more

Very frustrated with my experience. I love bowling, the lanes are nice, the screens are fun. However, I have been put right next to a group three times in a row, with many open lanes available. I would live with it if they were busy, or if they weren't charging per hour. So, it basically took us 50 minutes to play one game because we had to wait for the group next to us (and the children that had to keep using the assist). I don't mind bowling with kids, but why can't you put a lane between us? I've asked twice to be moved and gotten attitude from the front desk, so you wonder if it's their policy? I could keep asking, I guess, but I've never had to at other bowling lanes. If they want to slow us down, they can charge us per game! So maybe if we all keep bringing it to their attention, they will adjust? Or I won't go there anymore. I'm probably going with the second option. Very frustrating, but would be an easy fix if they were concerned. read more

The seating at the lanes is uncomfortably close to the next lane. And the pizza was gross. I did like the music videos that they play at the end of the lanes though. read more

While it's a bit more pricey than other local alleys in the area, it makes up for the price with a great and fun atmosphere. The staff is friendly and they have fun special events every now and then, combine that with the connection to the fun center and you have a great family friendly place to spend the evening! read more

I said it the last time I went, but I definitely will never go here again. The bowling lanes aren't properly waxed, the wait staff is not knowledgeable on alcohol and beer, the glass that my drink was served in was cracked, and the nachos were definitely not worth the $20 that they cost. It was a terrible experience overall. I will say though that the wait staff made up for their lack of bar knowledge with their friendliness, but it's not enough to bring me back. Have been here many times and have never had such horrible service and treatment as we did this week. We went on Wednesday and got the wristbands from 5-9pm. We decided to go bowling it's included. We had a waitress take our orders and get everything wrong. It's ok cause we told her and she fixed most of it. It seemed like she was new. A while later a short blonde waitress came and asked if we wanted to close the tab. I told her I hadn't ordered yet she grudgingly took my order. A bit later a short dark hair chubby girl came over and told us we had to leave. She asked to see everyone's wristbands then said if you want to play you have to get on the waiting list that's over a hour long. I told her we were never told by anyone that we had a time limit and I hades gotten my food yet she had no comment as my food was just arriving. She then started taking everything off of our table the other girl brought me the bill and proceeded to stand over all of us while I was trying to put mayo on my sandwich and packaged it to go. They both were talking about us standing over us glaring at me that my nephew came and sat by me because he felt they were harassing me. I got up and they both came to our table and started taking the rest of the stuff and were trash talking about us. This was the most disrespectful, harassment, toxic environment for kids I have ever seen. What happened to customer service?? Btw there wasn't anyone waiting to bowl or a hour waiting list. read more

A group of us bought your New Years package and we were more than disappointed. We were told we would get party favors, champaign and be able to bowl until 1 am. We didn't receive any party favors, when asked we were told we couldn't get any. We got apple cider for a toast and at 12:00 our bowling lane was closed so we could no longer use it. Honestly, it was absolute chaos and I got a total of 1 drink that took me 45 minutes to get standing at the bar with only 3 other customers there. I'm not at all pleased. I do not believe we will be back to this establishment. I will go back to Big Als. Obviously I should have went there for New Years as they were cheaper, offered much more and know how to treat their customers. read more
