This place goes further downhill every time we come here. It took almost an hour to get 1 large pizza (and the place was not crowded at all) and over 40 minutes for them to put more salad in the salad bar. We had to ask them over and over to please fill up the salad bar. We definitely did not get our all you can eat salads. This place will never be on our choice of places to take the kids again. Bad service, unfriendly staff and half the games were not working or poorly maintained. I don't know how they stay in business. read more

So disappointed on how Chuck E. Cheese has changed the bathrooms were so dirty. We ordered a pizza. It took forever in the first place when it was we told anything. If I could rate it lower, I would. From the time weordered food, it took over 45 minutes to receive. Whereas everyone one else's food that ordered after us came out and we were still waiting. They stated that the wings (4) took longer to cook. I work in industry and for the par baked wings doesn't take that long to cook. The fries weren't done on sampler platter, pizza was cold. They had 4 staff standing around in the kitchen. Most of the games were broken and no sign stating that they were. We took grandkids to have some fun, but they didn't enjoy because they ran out of credits because of the games. Came in for a pizza party at 1100 am. Kids were playing for about 15 minutes before pizza was delivered. Pizza sat on the table for 30 minutes while other parties were called to their tables. I asked about if we could go ahead and eat since the pizza was cold. The employee said that it was still about ten minutes until it was our turn. I said but our pizza was now cold, and asked if they would remake our cold pizzas. The employee said we could just eat now. So for cold pizza and not very good customer service 0 stars. Walking in here after reading all the negative reviews had me and my husband very skeptical about the place but it was going to be our children's first time here and they were really excited to be there , I'm glad we gave it a shot. It was very good. The food was delicious the customer service was great the young lady that helped us was so kind and the manager as well. We booked our daughter's birthday party here. All the birthday tables are lined up next to each other and they sing happy birthday to everyone all at once which was odd. The make you schedule your party at the same time as the others. All the kids were confused as to which table was theirs since they were all close together so we had kids that weren't with our party drinking out of our cups and trying to open our presents. We bought a Chuck E Cheese cake but when it was time for cake they said they didn't have that one so we said we'd take the Barbie cake. They brought out a Hello Kitty cake and just didn't bother explaining the difference until I asked. They also didn't bring out the cake until after the happy birthday song was sung to everyone. They spelled our daughter's name wrong on the table and we had to constantly go find a server to get the things we paid for. Several of the games were jammed or just took your tickets and didn't do anything. The food was terrible. The pizza was thin and greasy and the churros we bought were soggy and like wet?? Gross. He's an older man and he kept finding reasons that I had to stay longer, and I felt so uncomfortable. Terrible food. Generally clean looking tables and games. Most of the games work enough to keep the kids excited. Chuck E Cheese is like private equity meets children's entertainment, and the ability to most efficiently extract dollars out of parents' wallets. No apparent regard for quality. Mix in little dark patterns for profit maximization and it's an unscrupulous financier's dream. For example, they add a $2 wristband to your transaction without telling you. If asked, they'll gladly remove the wristband. Slimy at best. Pizza took about 40 minutes to come out and was not worth the price or the wait. I wouldn't eat that again, even if free. The "food" should be marked with air quotes. I guess they continue to exist because kids think it is a fun place? So the kids demand to go back. Can't blame them for that, parents and their stomachs be damned. It's like the worst parts of the modern era wrapped up in an arcade that also sells "food". read more

The manager on duty made inappropriate remarks and gestures at my 13 year old daughter . He was around 55 to 60 . I have waited for it to be corrected and it never was. He told her he wanted to lick her she did the tongue gesture. My husband is very ill so he can't go in to fight for his daughter. His name was Steve or Stefan . Stay away from this old man . I was talking with a neighbor about it and he told me he has done this at previous restaurants he has worked for. I am a very passive person and am afraid of him. Please be careful. read more

We were here earlier this year on a weekend. It was crowded then, and Chuck E did not come out for the entire 1.5 hours when we were here. We are here again today. Arrived at 12:57 p.m., Chuck E came out at 1:20 p.m. (supposed to be out every hour at :30 as the banner says), done his quick performance within 7 min. It is 2:30p.m. now, and I have not seen Chuck E. Ordered the lunch buffet for my 2 boys and I. Drinks are not included in the buffet. The buffet has 4 kinds of pizza (pepperoni, cheese, Hawaiian, and Mac n cheese) plus desert pizza pie, cheese breads and very small salad (only 2 kinds of veggie mix, cheese, croutons and 4 unlabeled salad dressing). Not very impressive and they are tasteless (for some reason I can't taste their food. Very plain to me). Other Chuck E Cheeses I have been to have better tasting food. For the price we paid, it is OK. McD or Little Caesar probably taste better. Game machines are fairly new. Don't need tokens any more. Awesome! But I am hoping the machine can also store their ticket points instead of having paper tickets printed out. It will be much easier to have the ticket points stored in the cards (yes, I have been to playgrounds with machines features as such. Less hassle to carry the tickets and better for trees). Service is fine. Friendly. I have no complaints. There are a couple of tables here not being cleaned for the 2 hours while we are here. Not sure if it is not obvious enough the guests are gone already or because they are busy. We successful killed 2 hours. Place is open tell 9pm but according to the stuff (Abba and Brandon) the kitchen closes at 7pm. They need to add that on the website. I've never been to a Chuck E. Cheese where the kitchen closes two hour before the store closes. So if your looking for dinner and play for the kids I would avoid this Chuck E. Cheese. Also even though their kitchen is closed you can't order pizza or drinks to be brought in cause no out side drinks or food but the kitchen is closed. read more

Do Not Go Here if you believe in fairness.... when we arrived there were only us and one other family there.... the other family had 3 kids all over the age of 2 and they did not have masks on...their mom had a mask but was well under her nose. So my husband and I followed suite. Within minutes, the manager was telling me that my kids needed to wear a mask and I needed to pull mine over my face. So I went up to the other mom and asked her if they had said anything to her... she said . Nope and we have been here for awhile.... so the second time this guy came to say his complaint about my kids and I, I replied, the other people do nit have masks on so why are you only enforcing this with me.... he said, well, if you don't I will call the cops. Mostly all birthdays we get invited with celebrates here! I don't blame them, it's pretty good for kids, at most grade schoolers. Probably the cheapest. Their pizza are good too esp the chicken Alfredo. The pizza here is actually pretty good and the salad bar is decent for a kid place. I really like that they did unlimited play and you buy the time instead of tokens. I also really like that they stamp your hand when you walk in with you kid so no one else can walk off with them. I basically sit in a booth, connect to their free WiFi, have a local craft beer (yes they serve beer!) and let my little guy run wild! He loves this place! My only gripe is I wish there were more games for him. He's 8 and they don't really have new games here just same ones for a while. I came here when I was a kid. I loved it then, but it has improved so much! They have more games for toddlers now, while still having plenty for the older kids. I love the controlled environment. It's easy to see your kids from anywhere in the room. The staff is great! They are very helpful and kind. On March 8th with just 25 minutes before closing we arrived to celebrate my son's birthday here. I was grateful to know the manager understood what kinda crazy day I had trying to get there.. with all my surprise the staff happily took my order and produced a Chucky appearance making my little guy so happy. We were tired from the day but the manager even assisted in making this a special time by allowing us to stay just after closing giving us that much more to enjoy. This was an absolute waste of money. The tickets are way too hard to earn and the prizes are way too high in price considering the number of tickets you can get! This could be a fabulous place if customer service were one of their priorities!!! Three times I waited at the counter with no less than 5 adults behind the counter on one of my waits and not once did anyone assist me other than one lady after waiting forever for her to finish with another customer. Two people were too busy training to at the very least say, "well be right with you." Zero acknowledgment. The last time the only people behind the counter were two ladies, one training the other and not once did they say a word to me. What kind of customer service is this??? This isn't. I ended up walking off after waiting over five minutes and no help. There went my cotton candy I wanted to purchase. We never did turn in our tickets, what's the point?
