That said, everything was organized and moved along reasonably well considering the crowd. I've been to another K1 Speed location before, and this one definitely feels newer and cleaner. The facility is well-maintained, and the helmets were in good condition with no unpleasant odors -- something I really appreciated. The overall environment felt safe and modern. We brought a child with us and asked if it was possible to group them with other kids. The staff was very accommodating and explained the different kart ranges available for younger drivers. They made sure everything was age-appropriate while still keeping the experience fun. As for the track itself, it was exciting and well-designed. The karts were responsive, and the layout had enough turns and straightaways to keep things engaging without feeling overwhelming. Imagine an experience so bad you finally download the yelp app... The food experience minus 1 star. Waiting 30 minutes for a pretzel and onion rings sucks, it especially sucks when the onion rings taste horrible and look just as bad. Its even worse that you ordered prior to a party arriving and yet they got at least two orders of wings and pizzas delivered before your food even hit the table. Install a notification system, minus 1 star. Waiting an hour and a half to ride is fine. Not being able to leave is the problem. Its 2026 and you can't have a push notification system for guest....maybe its better with a reservation but living over an hour away and with California's traffic its not something that can be guaranteed for some. It wouldn't be fair to not review the actual thing people come here for. The racing is fun and exciting. Course is done well. Plus 1 star. read more

went to celebrate my partners birthday and was very fun! We went on a Saturday around 2pm and the place was not crowded but as soon as 3pm hit it started to get a little filled up. Plenty of parking and food options as well. I also really like that they print out your scores individually. Employees were nice and made me feel comfortable with all the rules. Armando was extremely helpful in letting me race in the same race as my partner and was accommodating when we asked if we could wait a while for our next race so I didn't have to go back to back. We came in at opening on a Saturday morning to celebrate a birthday. We did the arrive and drive, birthday person got a free race. Since we already had our licenses from a previous K1 outing checking in was easy. Birthday racer got a free "It's my Birthday" medal. Since we arrived right at opening we got to race right away, which was awesome. We played some of the arcade games. Then got called to race again, there were 3-4 racers which was nice to no be over crowded. Watch out for the "basketball" game, they are more like bounce balls so they go everywhere. We did not get any food this time but this location has beer and wine in addition to food. We had a great morning racing at K1. read more

Although this was fun and really cool inside most of the staff was friendly expect one jasmine she was constantly rushing us like she had somewhere else to be and she was always very snappy when I asked her a question when my friend asked for help with his seatbelt she was walking away on her phone and was on it most of the time while we were waiting and racing not really paying attention to what's going on this isn't the first she has been rude to my friends when we have went in the past it got to a point we just stopped asking her question if we had any. Everyone else is cool it's just her we have had issues with. Another issue is there is no ac and it's super hot, and most of the karts are not very good read more

My husband loves racing so we stopped by K1 while we were in the area. It was only my husband and my brother in law doing a race, and for one round it was around $30 which I feel is a little pricey. The guy helping them out at the front counter asked if my sister and I would be racing and we said no then his response is that we're "too scared". Umm no we're not too scared we just don't care to race. He was also very pushy for my husband to buy more than one race. They also really need AC in there. The place is hot as hell. Even with their big fans blowing the warm air on you. Overall the experience wasn't really that good. From the pushy front counter guy to the hot air. I'm glad we were there for a short period of time. I really wouldn't care to go back, ever. read more

I had really high hopes for K1 Speed, but unfortunately my experience left me with more frustration than enjoyment. The facility itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is why I can't give a 1-star review. However, the service and communication from staff were completely disappointing and unacceptable given how much customers are paying. The race track staff need to be completely re-trained on customer service. They were dismissive, unapproachable, and gave off the impression that they didn't want to be there. For a family-oriented experience, the lack of friendliness and professionalism was shocking. When people are coming in excited to race, the last thing they should encounter is rude and unhelpful employees. The front desk lady was the biggest issue. She did not explain how the rounds worked, how pricing was structured, or what to expect throughout the sessions. Because of her poor communication, I ended up paying nearly $300 for myself and my nephew, and we still weren't clear on how everything functioned until after the fact. That is a huge amount of money to spend without clear guidance. I left feeling taken advantage of and misled--something that could easily be avoided if staff were properly trained to give transparent instructions. The only highlight was the man working at the bar. He was professional, kind, and attentive--the only person who made us feel like valued customers. Sadly, his effort alone can't balance out the overwhelmingly negative experience with the rest of the staff. At the end of the day, customer service is just as important as the racing itself. Without proper communication and respect for the people paying to be there, the entire experience falls apart. For the price, I expect a lot more clarity, courtesy, and accountability. I'm giving 2 1/2 stars only because the facility was clean and one staff member did his job well. Until K1 Speed invests in better training and hires staff who value customer service, I cannot recommend this location. Families should not walk away feeling cheated out of their money and disrespected after what should have been a fun day. read more

I remember coming here years ago when they were still gas powered gocarts. The carbon monoxide was enough to make anyone dizzy. But these days the carts are electric powered and the air is a lot cleaner inside. The go carts are pretty fun. They go really fast especially on the straight aways. They r pretty responsive. And fun to drive. People working here are pretty cool. Bunch of young kids, but they were fine. We rented a room out for 2 hours. It was nice. Large enough to hold 30 or 50 people. Their pizzas were surprisingly good. Or maybe we were hungry. The chicken wings too were good. They have a really small arcade area to the side. 2 different tracks. And a small bar/restaurant area. Overall we had a great time. Maybe because it was winter but it was very comfortable inside. Large, open, bright and clean. read more

Had a ton of fun with the kids here! Great little indoor go kart spot, and i went on a day where there wasnt much of a wait. There were two tracks, one for younger and one for older, so the whole family can enjoy. They also have a small arcade and air hockey. Very accomodating when i tried to get my older boys to the adult track from the junior track also. One star taken off because it can get really hot in there, and a few times i went to get drinks and there was nobody at the counter. read more

Decided to take my grandson here for his birthday. We were all very excited. Upon walking in it was extremely hot. I understand that because it's difficult to keep us location that be cool big deal. But the people at the counter didn't even come up to us and explain to us what to do. We had to figure out ourselves. The registry and had to go to the counter. They acted like we were kind of dumb or something because we didn't know what to expect. That was the first encounter. Go down to the area where the bar is because there is a big fan blowing and it was much cooler. Anything we asked for they did not have. Even certain Gatorade was out. They do all the food, however, they don't have anyone to cook it. So you couldn't even eat. We had to wait nearly 2 hours to get our grandkids on their first ride the entire time we couldn't even have a snack. Once the kids got on the carts, it was fun for them. I'm glad they enjoyed that part. But the moment they were done, we immediately left. We were both hungry, thirsty, and done with this place. DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY HERE! I paid $100 per person for a party at this location. They threw 30 of us in a room the size of a closet, so no one fit and was hanging out in the hallway. We arrived and we were ready to race at 4pm, and didn't get called to start our first race until 515, with absolutely nothing to do in the meantime. I asked for our game cards that were included in the package, and was given empty cards. They didn't give us 2 of our pizzas, 2 platters of wings, and an order of sliders. They didn't a shift change and the new shift was clueless we even existed. A completely overpriced awful experience. read more

Unresponsive, girl with eyebrow piercing was completely dumbfounded when we drove all the way over there to get ahold of someone. Which, she was unable to help. I've tried calling MANY times... and apparently they just always have a high call volume... breakfast lunch dinner 7 days a week. I would LOVE to actually talk to someone who can help with answers. Let me start off with saying that I know the main attraction of this place isn't the food, but food and drink will always have a big part. It was worse than gas station food. The slider were $16 and were not worth it at all. The menu said it came with mayo only and the worker put ketchup too, which I'm not a fan off, but that wasn't on the menu. The mini patties just looked microwaved. The chicken nachos, were just bleh. Underneath the Manchester's was melted shredded cheese that was already hard when they brought it to us, and stuck under the hard cheese was pieces of chicken that was bland and felt like they were boiled an hour before. The only part I partly enjoyed was the tator tots that I ordered at the same time but yet came 10-15 min after this order. Pretty sure they forgot cause I had to say something. Even then, the tots were dark on some sides then lighter than a gold crisp on others? Idk how you get under and over fried on the same pieces. It's hard to enjoy the whole thing with sucky food. Zero stars. DO NOT recommend. Super expensive, no discounts. The staff goes over the rules, which include NO BUMPING. Young kids and teenagers were allowed to play bumper cars, which stopped our "race" multiple times. No one was kicked out or asked to leave the track. First time, my girlfriend got hit hard and spun around. Her back is now bruised. The young employees running the track didn't kick these teenagers out, but instead allowed them to continue racing. Second race, I get rammed hard from behind while slowing down to avoid another small, very young kid (maybe 10?) who spun out. My back is also bruised, needed to ice myself immediately. Spoke to the manager afterwards to let him know we were hurt and WHY. He provided some ice packs but would not tell me his name. Twenty-somethings overseeing the safety aspect of this place was absolutely horrifying- this is a lawsuit waiting to happen after a terrible injury. Will NEVER return! read more

First time coming here with two other people and I've been to other go-cart locations in state and out of state. When we were about to start the race they had people crossing the start line to exit the gate, which didn't allow us to start the race at the same time as other people. That's a liability and lack of coordination to make sure people exit the track safely. They kept stopping the race every lap so the 12 laps and 8 minutes really felt like half of what is being offered. At the end one of the kart pieces fell off and staff person refused to refund or give us another race. I had really bad experience I won't be recommending or coming back. read more

I really don't post anything but I have to say something about K1 speed in Ontario. I just recently went to race and I never thought I would have my worst experience I have ever had. I have never seen so many issues. First and foremost, the go Karts are very run down. It's time to replace them! People pay good money to go and race. I get it, it cost money but you got your moneys worth out of the ones there. The other issue is, when you have multiple issues with people that can't drive and you only get to actually run 4 full speed laps out of 12 sucks. I have to say I have been to this location many of times and I normally enjoy myself but this time I was really annoyed. I will go back BUT I will go to another location if I have another experience like this again. read more

Their customer service is a** girl in colorful hair (RED atm who knows when she'll dye it again) was so mean and rude for no reason.She asked everyone for their names but when I got up she acted like I wasn't even in front of her(3 times)couldn't even keep eye contact when she'd speak to me, keep in mind this is my FiRST TIME ever, so basically would ignore me when I'd go up to ask for the # and she had attitude and skank faces throughout the whole time we were there. She either hates her job or she just didn't like me for some reason, my sisters bf also asked her if she could take the group photo and she rejected him? Highly recommend reserving time and registering online if you decide to come here. Do not walk in expecting a short wait time or any kind of good quality customer service/ treatment. I brought my kiddo for his bday and a couple of his bf's thinking what a great idea and what an awesome time this would be...WRONG. We waited 3+ hours! I did ask staff at register prior to purchasing races what the wait time would be for 3 people, said 40 minutes to an hour. I asked the kids if they were okay with waiting, they said yeah so I registered, paid, and waited t h r e e (3+) h o u r s!!!!! Not the 40min to an hour. They do not refund, which I requested after pushing close to 2 hours. The manager specifically won't care how long you wait if you walk in without reservation. After asking him about the wait time, He was pretty much cut and super dry with his unapologetic look and verbal response of "if you didn't have a reservation you should of left"... **Absolutely would of walked out and spent my good dollars elsewhere, Definitely!! If staff at the register gave the same response as the manager** Ultimately, the boys got to race 3+hours later, some 6,7 bags of chips later, nap or two in between...this place does have restrooms, chairs, some tables, a bar/snack area, no real food unless you are hosting an actual party/event. I came here for my first time on my birthday. I do want to emphasize that we were the ONLY ONES there. Besides the employees it was only us 3. The employee at the front desk gave me a free race and was super nice. The lady at the restaurant was super kind. I didn't get there names but they were great. However I did get Jasmin and Jacob's name and they were rude and overall very unprofessional. First and foremost, they were on their phones almost the whole time. We paid and headed to in front of the gate but was not ready to race and jasmine and Jacob rushed up and aggressively asked us to walk up to the counter. They were rushing us the whole time even though we were the only ones there. They parked our cars for us while we took a break and we were in the restaurant grabbing drinks. Jasmine calls out our name on the speaker AGAIN rushing us and then tells us which car numbers we are. We did not see the karts already put out for us and both Jacob and jasmine yelled from the top of there lungs, aggressively. "ITS RIGHT THEREEEE!" We were appalled but it was our last race so we raced and we left right after. I would never go back knowing that the customer service is HORRIBLE and the way the employees treat others is unacceptable. Not even one smile on there faces and it really upset me that we spent money to get treated like this. Overall not a good experience, would not recommend this place.
