Cashiers gossiping around the corner
Johnny N.

Upon waking in I did not see any workers in the front ready to greet and the young workers were around the corner laughing and joking around. When the cashier came up to help he seemed to have an attitude and was being passive aggressive with any questions I have, I get he's a teenager but needs to be more respectful in a customer service field. Half my time there was unenjoyable because I had to watch out for the big kids jumping in the little kids area since the workers were to busy gossiping and the part that really got me upset was that there was a worker smoking a vape trying to be discreet in-front of kids! Like the other reviews state place is worn out tears on a lot of the cushioning. The manager seemed to be friends with all the teenagers working so felt it'd be pointless to even address the situations. Will not be returning unfortunately.

Dirt and trash
Melissa D.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves a serious warning to other families. This trampoline park was filthy from the moment we walked in. The floors were sticky, trash was overflowing in several areas, and don't even get me started on the restrooms -- completely unacceptable for a business that caters to children. Even worse than the conditions was the staff. Not only were they completely disengaged, but when I tried to voice a concern about safety (people slipping, kids nearly colliding, and lack of supervision), I was brushed off. The staff clearly didn't care and went right back to laughing and gossiping about the party they went to the night before. So unprofessional. This place is not only dirty and chaotic, but it's also unsafe for both kids and parents. Walking around felt like an obstacle course of hazards, and no one seemed to be in charge or even remotely concerned. Save yourself the frustration. There are much better and safer places to take your kids for fun. This one is a hard no.

What can I say? It's a jumping playground for kids of all ages. Hosted a party here and it went well. The facility is clean and given its teens managing the facility, it does run smoothly. The prices for kids parties are reasonable and they communicate with you to ensure all is ready for your special day. The only down side is the pizza. The pizza they offer is actually the worst I have ever had. Literally. The other food offered is good, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks fruit tray all average but the pizza is horrible. Fortunately the kids didn't care because they were starving after the jumping but I literally could not stomach it. Beside the horrible pizza it is a good facility for the kiddos.

Hosted a birthday party here this past weekend and it was great! Maybe they have taken comments into consideration. It was organized with confirmed details before hand and even the day of. The food offering was great, one less thing to think about, and the package and amount of food provided I was shocked. Our party host Denaz (sorry if misspelled) was kind, served kiddos, boxed up the leftovers, and coordinated the clean up. She made it easy and convenient (I gave her a tip- I hope others tip there party hosts too). We booked two hours of jumping which was worth it. Would highly recommend. Also, the pizza provided was great, the dough was soft and a few parents commented how they liked it.

I brought my family for a private event that was in one of their party areas. The service, attentiveness, from the server in the private area was great. My only complaint is that there is no alcohol and not well ventilated. I recommend this place for sure.

The kiddos always have fun going to Big Air! We love that there's a toddler time and a smaller play ground for the little ones. It's always clean and there's something for everyone from play to snacks, to sit down areas!

Can you open early next Friday with a party of 10- 13 year olds?

Hello! Private events can be emailed to events@bigaircorona.com

For birthday party can we have a mascot when eating?

Do you guys accept Apple Pay?

Yes we do

Do they sell beer?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not

Do they do reservations only? Tried checking ticket prices for tomorrow but all the dates were showing as unavailable

It’s a walk in basis only. :) our online system for tickets is down at the moment.

What's their best tasting food on the menu? Pizza? Wings? Meatballs?

Bro eat somewhere else it's too expensive you can buy good pizza and wings and it'll be cheaper than getting food here and food is mid but wings are alright. Pizza is sometimes good just depends who's in the back making them

Are they dog friendly?

While we love dogs, unfortunately since we serve food the health department will not allow us to have dogs in the park.

It didn't feel chaotic like some places, just a really easy, enjoyable environment for both kids and parents. TINY HICCUP ************** There was only ONE hiccup and…read morethis is NOT due to the owner or this place. This just happens to be a customer that is known to frequent this establishment PLEASE be very careful with the husband of the wife who may come with her from time to time. He does NOT have patience and allows his baby (toddler younger than 3) to B U L L Y -and then screams at other peoples children. I did not get a great pic but this is their license. The mother also allows the child to block other children, without consequence, from entering the play areas. The husband or maybe boyfriend, deliberately went into an Autistic child's face and cursed her out. I hope there are cameras at the establishment so they can possibly ban this man. It was disrespectful, uncalled for and disgusting. The man THOUGHT the father of the child was alone with the mother and he decided to try and pick a fight. The man cursed in Spanish and did not realize the man came with a WHOLE family for an event. The man kept telling the father of the autistic little girl to come outside and fight.... Beyond NOT classy. He was very lucky the family did not all come out to throw him to his car. What happened ..... The autistic girl said excuse me to the little toddler, the toddler blocked the entrance. The autistic little 4 year old made her way around the girls hand and said excuse me while doing it and the bullying toddler ran to her dad. The mom and grandma sat and watched the entire thing chuckling. The enraged dad (boyfriend/sancho; whatever he was) ran through kids to get to the little girl to grab her and scream. The parents of the special needs girl, grabbed her away really quick as they were with her the entire time. Another special needs mom told the man what was his problem and not to scream at children and that there are four autistic children that he's acting crazy in front of. The mother instigated as saying to the mother of the little girl to go outside and fight and the man did as well. We felt safe here once the man left. Therefore this place is very safe. I just say if you see this lic plate, BEWARE. Stick up for your child and don't back down. Beware of this man ANYWHERE in the Corona/Riverside/Norco/Eastvale area *************** GREAT EXPERIENCE: the owner is a lovely Person. In no way did she encourage this behavior by her "usual customers". The establishment went on to promote love and hugs which they did incredibly. The establishment is great. Very clean. The staff is overwhelmingly nice. The owner definitely decorates with passion. Everything was lovely. I had to start with the tiny hiccup as that man should NOT be allowed near children. I can just imagine what he does behind closed doors. Prices are very reasonable. Toy area was very clean. Party area was clean and roomy. Music was fun. Restrooms were clean. This place is a delight. Ample parking. Clean, clean, clean!!!! Place is safe. Lots of areas for kids to run and enjoy. Parents.... It's OKAY to teach yours kids the word "NO". Kids will be kids so everyone should be mindful of that and not get crazy at a child for being a kid. If you're not okay with kids being kids and some kids not knowing not to run all over the place, maybe places with children around are not for you. Luv n Huggs goes over and beyond to make sure your kids are safe and don't run out. I cannot express how much love that the owner puts into making each party experience a great one. Her touch to each decoration is spectacular.

The ball pit is an excellent example of balls coated in dirt and grime just waiting to get toddlers and babies sick. Clear padding at the base of a main slide is tearing off, and still no improvement to the hygiene of the bathrooms. We've now come to expect to bring extra clothing for ourselves and the kids as it's just not as clean as it was before. It's also a bummer they took out the train, although we understand it was costing them a lot in maintenance fees to keep up. Still, we will continue bringing our kids. Owners if you're reading this, PLEASE keep up with the cleanliness of this indoor playplace. You have hundreds of kids a week coming through. The least you can do is to ensure a hygienic atmosphere for families to enjoy.

We came prepared with shoes and socks (highly recommend!) so we didn't have to purchase socks when we arrived. Because it was raining, the line was pretty long -- clearly everyone had the same idea we did! We waited our turn and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Torri at the front desk. Let me just say... she was AMAZING. She was the only one checking people in, handling the store area, and making sure guests exited properly with wristbands checked. Despite how busy it was, she was incredibly kind, patient, quick, and apologetic for the wait. You could tell she genuinely cared about every family walking through that door. I also had a couple interactions with Melissa at the café while purchasing drinks and waters. She was so kind and accommodating -- and she was running the café solo on a very busy, rainy day! Both of these women were working so hard. I even witnessed Torri having to handle a difficult situation with a guest who tried to enter without properly checking in. She handled it professionally, calmly explained the policy, and stood her ground respectfully -- even when the guest tried to escalate things. It was impressive to watch her maintain composure under pressure. The only unfortunate part of our visit was that the location appeared incredibly understaffed for the volume of people (it looked like 150+ guests). Two staff members managing everything -- check-in, café, store, monitoring, and guest flow -- is a lot, and I genuinely hope management considers additional support for both guest experience and staff safety. That said, it did not ruin our day at all. My family works in customer service too, so we were happy to stay patient and wait our turn. Torri and Melissa truly made the experience wonderful. We made sure to thank them because they absolutely deserved it! Overall, this is a fantastic place for kids to play and have a blast -- and Torri deserves major recognition for her professionalism, kindness, and grace under pressure. She made our rainy day such a fun one! We will definitely be back!

But if you're looking for a place for your 4 to 10-year-olds I would give this place a chance because of the playground. The mats (flooring) were pretty dirty in some areas but the bathrooms were clean.

Just from visiting this spot a couple times on separate occasions, I would definitely consider this…read morethe best indoor spot I have ever seen for a toddler. It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.
