Absolutely Atrocious Service. Do Not Use…read more Having left a jacket for dry cleaning I returned to pick it up. After they denied any knowledge the jacket for 5/10 minutes they suddenly 'remembered' they did have it, but it had been broken so they'd sent it off to be fixed. I had not been contacted to be told it had been broken, asked if I wanted them to fix it, or to tell me it wouldn't be ready on time. They told me to return at the weekend to pick it up. It was now Tuesday and I needed it Friday. After a further 10 minutes it was agreed I'd return on Thursday. I arrived on Thursday and was told I was not allowed my coat until I had paid for the dry cleaning. After the atrocious service - and still no apology - I refused and said after they had broken my coat and failed to contact me the least they could do was offer me the coat. The manager came out and rudely refused to give me my coat. I paid and left, feeling incredibly helpless. On returning home I found that my coat (Armani - I had received it for Christmas) had a new zip. The zip does not match the other zips on the pockets of the jacket. It also has a white ligning; the coat is cream. Not only have the ruined my coat, their rude service has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I shall not return and would encourage everyone else to avoid it to.

I took a very expensive designer coat there and they ruined it and then blamed the designer shop that I purchased it from. I even commissioned an independent report which clearly concluded that Knutsford Dry Cleaners had been negligent and unprofessional but they simply wouldn't listen and told me to take them to court! They were very rude - don't trust them - NO STARS!!!

Weird, because I have never once in my existence considered getting some shoes repaired, but then I've never really owned anything apart from trainers and you surely can't repair those can you? Fair play to Mark Rogers, it's a good old local business competing with the more chain-style equivalent Timpson down the road, and local businesses are always worth supporting.
