Lazy, uninvolved, poor follow through and dependent on my mom for solutions as if he doesn't know how to solve problems on his own. I couldn't believe the nonsense they put her through and the drama up to the day before closing. She is 70 years old so I don't know if he was being lackadaisical because he thought he could get away with it or if the listing price wasn't high enough to deserve his attention. I don't know and don't care anymore because thankfully he is behind us now. My mom and I highly discourage anyone from listing their home with Robbie Faithe.
