Talk about an honest business that wants to help people and not just trying to make money. My start capacitor failed in the evening during the heat wave and I turned to yelp to see if any of these AC repair companies would sell me a cap since they carry them in their service trucks. Fernando responded and not only offer to help but offered it at no charge. Long story short, I paid him anyways and got my unit up and running. Everyone else who responded tried to up sell me and never tried to sell me a $10 cap. If you're looking for an honest AC service company, give these guys a chance. Two months ago our AC unit broke down and 9 month pregnant; due any day. I began calling every heating and cooling company here in AV and booked appointments one after another for 3 days straight. Honestly, working with Fernando and his team was the best decision. He answered every question and concern politely & courteously. This gentleman has extensive knowledge and experience. They did a full replacement, relocated the AC unit from our back yard to one side of our home and all of this was accomplished within that same week. We received every update via text though a service software which was pretty cool. I had one of my A/C units stopped working. They came out on July 5, 2021 (in the middle of a heat wave) and after an assessment were able to determine that I had a bad condensing wire which they replaced. They also checked my ionizer system in my attic and found they needed replacement. Something that I will need to do in the near future. No more issues with my A/C units. After suddenly and with out warning my in-laws AC unit stopped working. We spoke with about 6 other companies before speaking with K4 H&C. Horrible business. They took almost 3 weeks to fix our AC unit. On top of that they messed our smart thermostat, & tried to get out of fixing it. They told us that once we got new parts for new thermostat they would come back & reinstall it but went back on their word. read more

I searched and called 7 or 8 different places before i landed with k4 and i am so glad that i chose Fernando and his team to fix our AC. Our condenser had a leak , Alberto came and looked at the unit and kept it real. He told me he wouldnt want to charge money for different types of diqgnostics because he has already found the leak and showed me the problem. Honest great guy to talk to. W-A-R-N-I-N-G. Fernando (the owner of K3 Mechanical) is N-O-T the person/company you want to hire for anything. We have a number of problems with our new AC and Furnace unit and their installation, and once the money cleared their bank that they were paid, they now are not returning our calls or texts about getting the job completed the right way. We have a huge vibration inside our wall now that is keeping our young child up and is scaring him. They could care less and it's unfortunate this is how they treat customers. His technicians contradicted themselves multiple times as has Fernando (the owner of K3 Mechanical). They also scratched our new AC unit by dragging it across our new concrete and damaged the inside of our home in multiple areas. We are in the process of contacting our attorney and having a City Building Enforcement Code Inspector look over the work they did on our AC unit and Furnace. read more
