They now play with other dogs, which I never thought I'd see! They come home so happy and now when I ask them "Wanna go to daycare?!" They run for the door. The floors in the dog area are heated and they can choose when to go out or in. The staff keeps me updated on how they're doing all the time. I was in Cuba and they even emailed me a photo of them. What kennel can you think of that would do that?!?! As soon as we go into the daycare all 3 of there tails start wagging and they instantly forget about me and run to the staff!! HAHA!!! I can't praise this place enough. Even if you live in Edmonton and its a little out of your way it's so very worth it. Changed my pugs completely, plus it's nice after daycare having them pooped out! I can wholeheartedly say the entire team (Adam, Nick, Angie, Corenna, and Brenda) are people I would trust my dogs with. Mully is a German Shepherd mix with anxiety and, although she loves people, she's not always so great with other dogs and she seems to have a thing about hats. Don't ask... Anyway, the team is so patient with her and practices from a place of reward training instead of punishment. My other dog, Cooper, literally whines for part of the drive home after leaving because he misses them (he LOVES his Corenna). He can tell when we're going there and bursts with excitement on the drive. It's funny. More than anything, I learn a lot from them. They make me feel like I am a good dog owner and I can overcome the things that I think I'm struggling with. They give me the tools to be better and are willing to call me out on my excuses. That part kind of sucks, but they're sweet about it. The only drawback for me is the pickup times - sometimes it's hard to get there by 6 pm due to the nature of my job, but I just work around it by only bringing the dogs to doggy day care on the days I know something urgent is unlikely. Whatever you need for your dog, I'm pretty sure they can help you figure it out in a way that works for your lifestyle.

Naughty Boyz Dog Training rents out their facility completely privately when they aren't opened. You book your slot, and provide your dog vaccination records- then when you arrive, you are provided a lockbox code to access the key. The whole place is yours! No one is there. There's even a little shop that you can purchase treats etc. using a QR code system (I tried it and it was so easy to use!) There's a mop and bucket for pee breaks, and bags for poop breaks.
