They said they cancelled my 3:00 appointment because I didn't confirm it. They cancelled my 3 and moved it to 11:30 the same day because I didn't reply to the 1st appointment confirmation? It makes no sense and I was shocked that they wouldn't honor the appointment and made a new one. To show how poorly run they are, the lady that answered proactively said she'd ask a manager if they can honor it, and then came back with the same no. I'm glad I found out how unreliable they are before I actually needed more than the initial puppy shots. Sad to see a business like this in Randolph.

This past weekend, the main unit was beeping. Long story short, a surveillance company (House being sold 3 doors down) cut the wire. HFC came right out and fixed the wire for us. Mike 2, was very thorough in his communication with me of how he'd locate the broken wire and what he'd do to fix it. He did a great job covering up the hole after he dug it up. If you have any hesitations about an invisible fence, don't!

My situation with my dog was not an easy one when I sought services from Monica. My Shiba Nemo was 16yrs old, blind, and almost deaf with a few ailments including arthritis and liver disease. I explained to Monica in detail everything that needed to be done for Nemo which included meds and specific food guidance. Even though Nemo was probably a tough client due to his age and medical needs, Monica was so willing to help. I'm very grateful for all the help that Monica and her staff provided.
