I don't know what kind of service these other people had but I will never be going to these people again. Our pet bird passed away earlier this year and so we contacted pets to remember and an employee had came that same night to pick up our pet for cremation. The worst service we've ever had. One service pets to remember offers is to create an imprint or mold of the pet's paw or, in our case, claws. The imprint was horribly done right in front of us and we asked for another one to be made because it was messed up. Due to terrible communication on their end, we not only got the second imprint over a month after his passing but it doesn't even look like our pets' feet. It's like they had taken another bird's imprint and just gave it to us. The first photo is of our birds they had done at our home and the second one is the one they gave us after. When they had finally came to drop off his ashes we also noticed that they had attached a sticker ad to the bottom of his little coffin. Who would do that? These people do not care about your pet. Over a week ago Our Angie passed over the rainbow bridge at home. I looked up on the internet who would come to the house and pick her up and take care of the arrangements. A few weeks ago, I lost my beloved Persian cat very suddenly and completely unexpected. He passed at home in my arms. He was 15 years old.
