My experience with Josh was excellent. He was very responsive, very respectful, fast and reasonably priced. But, beyond that he seemed to run a good business and I never had that feeling that I was being pressured by someone more focused on trying make a sale then helping me with our pest problem. After having a few pest control services come and ring my door bell uninvited, it was nice to find a business that didn't have that high-volume-low-quality feeling, so I highly recommend. All the work was guaranteed for 30 days. The problem was resolved in 30 minutes.

We recently purchased a house in Wayne and want to keep up with annual pest treatments. One of their technicians, Mark, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He thoughtfully answered all our questions and explained in detail how the organic program works. We are covered for the summer months for basically every insect under the sun including ants, spiders, wasps, cave crickets, and those pesky silverfish/centipedes. He was very thorough with his treatment of the house and property. He also removed an old hornet's nest for us for no extra charge. We are very glad that we went green and look forward to having a pest free home. We are definitely going to recommend Arkadia Pest Solutions to all our friends and family. As for Mark, he takes his time to go over everything and answers all questions properly in person or via email. Thanks again guys for the great work!!!

Took the cover off second bed and so many live ones it looked like someone Dumped coffee grounds all over. This is the worst company I have ever seen and will be posting on Google Yelp Angies's wherever I can so no one suffers as I am.
