Controlled K9 came to our home to evaluate her and recommended a four week board and train to work on basic obedience, leash manners, and off leash recall. We loved that she was taken in as a member of the family during her "boarding school," and they provided regular photos and updates on her progress throughout. She returned to us her same happy, sweet self in the house, but basically a new dog on leash! Alpha pet resort was a lovely experience from beginning to end…read more I've never boarded my animals so I did research to decide and after them talking on the phone with me for 30min and sending pictures of the facility, I decided to book with them. The online portal and app made it easy to upload my cats documents and book the taxi to pick them up day of. Jason, one of the owners actually came to pick my cat up. I added a happy pet package which allowed a playtime daily, and I requested they send me pictures each day, which they obliged. If I ever need to board again I'll definitely be going with alpha pet.

I originally called and wanted to walk the facility to see what the kennel looked like to ensure I was comfortable with boarding my pups there. The facility appeared to be clean and up kept. We were not allowed to see the inside of the facilities but the staff were accommodating in sending us pictures so we could see. During my pups stay, we did not receive any phone calls or updates so we assumed they were happy and healthy. I would say that would be the only thing if we would receive updates via text or email that would have made me feel more assured but overall we were really happy with the process. Our dogs returned to us happy and didn't seem stressed whatsoever. We would definitely bring them back again. Thank you!!!
