When I directly requested documentation to verify these claims, he was unable to provide proof of any testing or certifications. His sire, RangerGoldenBoy, has not had current hip X-rays within AKC-recommended guidelines, yet continues to be bred. AKC has been notified regarding these practices and the alarming health patterns emerging within this lineage. My puppy was only 10 months old when he was diagnosed on 11/6 with severe hip dysplasia, with veterinary recommendations for bilateral total hip replacements once skeletal maturity is reached. Since then, his mobility and quality of life have rapidly declined. After thousands of dollars in care and multiple veterinary consultations, we are now facing the unthinkable reality of euthanasia because he is suffering. This did not have to happen. No matter how many times you call they will not speak with you over the phone, they only text, which is very odd for a business. Any way I was fine texting them, I asked them if I can set up a meet and greet with them (WITHOUT my dogs) so I can talk to them about my dogs and make sure everything is the right fit before proceeding with submitting any paper work. They said that was fine. We set up a time. They reconfirmed my time 1.5-2 hours prior to the meet up. Then 30 mins before our time they asked if we could reschedule. Then they proceeded to give an excuse of a emergency of a broken water pipe and if I want to come that I have to fill out my dogs vaccination information EVEN though I DID NOT WANT TO BRING MY DOGS. I WANTED TO CHECK IT OUT FIRST AND MAKE SURE ITS THE RIGHT FIT FOR MY DOGS. If you really had an emergency, you wouldn't be taking the time to write such a long text. And you would actually talk to the person on the phone when you had a chance and not force them to provide information about your dog. Why would I have to provide information IF YOURE NOT THE RIGHT FIT AND I WOULDN'T WANT TO PROCEED? I should only have to provide information if I choose to proceed with the boarding process. I have been able to go to several boarding facilities without my dogs present and be taken on a tour and talk to the workers to find out if it was a right fit. But not this place, hence.....
