My Pomeranian was cut to his undercoat. Groomer said he had weird hair. Asked if he was mixed. Hei not. This candidate his coat. He is brushed daily. She has never done this before. She also cut him unevenly. Very disappointed. read more

Stay clear of this place unless you have an aggressive dog that can defend him/her self. We have 2 medium sized standard poodles that have both been seriously hurt while boarding or attending daycare. I'm not saying my dogs are perfect but if dogs are fighting, they need to be stopped. I won't type a dissertation here, I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Vet bills exceeded $600 which were our responsibility. The dishonesty is what should shut this place down! read more

My experience here for daycare was horrible! Both of my dogs were attacked on the same day! I have a 1 year old Teddy Bear and a 3 year old Teddy Bear. The one year old was strangled. She has a stable under neck and a another wound on the top of her neck. Her eye is solid red. She is 9 pound puppy! The three year old, 15 pounds, had a gash on her side. They didn't even tell me, it slipped their mind. Really?! I have not had a response on reimbursement for bills due to their neglect. Might have to get attorney. read more

K9 Wonderland = K9 HORRORLAND Our dog was attacked by a rescue dog that was under the care of the owner of K9 Wonderland. She never called us that morning to let us know. Our vet was kind enough to see our dog that evening after we had picked him up. Our vet was shocked by the injuries. He informed us that our dog would need surgery, but since our dog had eaten dinner, the vet could not put our dog under for surgery that night. Our vet told us to bring our dog to his other vet facility (that he owns) & he would perform the surgery the next morning since that was where he would be working. Our dog had to have 8 stitches - 7 in his ear which was torn completely through and 1 in his punctured cheek. The owner kept saying it was a nip.Then she insisted that we basically shopped around to get stitches (when OUR vet OWNS both facilities & we explained that to her). She still insisted on her version of the story even after we emailed the medical records. She also told us the day after the incident that the rescue was good about paying for injuries, so to send her the vet bills & she would pass them along to the rescue. After weeks of not hearing anything (even though we emailed), we contacted the rescue ourselves & the rescue knew nothing of the attack! Our point to the owner of K9 Wonderland was that IF our dog had injured another dog, we would be responsible and do the right thing by paying the vet bills. Since the foster dog was under her care & she chose to put that dog in with her client's dogs, she should've done the right thing & paid the vet bills out of her pocket. She tried to stall this whole process for 6 weeks & then she started in with excuses & false narratives in her email response to us. She kept insisting our dog tried to hump the dog that attacked him. However, IF that is even the case, a normal dog's reaction is not to try to rip another dog's ear off. She'll probably respond to this with FALSE facts as it appears she has done with the other negative reviews. She even told us that her groomer lied to us because when my husband called later that night, the groomer told him that a dog had ours by the throat. When we got our dog home he was also coughing so badly that the vet said he would need to x-ray his trachea to make sure it wasn't collapsed. Again-why would the groomer have any reason to lie to us? Obviously, she wouldn't, but the owner claims the groomer did lie. The owner finally offered to pay for the initial visit (which did not include the surgery) ONLY IF we apologize to her for what she claims was bullying and threatening her (which never happened). She has drawn this whole thing out for 6 weeks thinking we would go away. If she intended on paying anything, she should've done it immediately. She was the one who brought up her attorney to try to scare us. When my husband stopped in to have a civil conversation with her, she ended up yelling at him about her personal problems (which was bizarre) & then yelled at him to go ahead & sue her. Of course she states the opposite in an email sent to us. My husband never once raised his voice. We ended up paying over $1800 in vet bills. She won't even refund sessions that we paid in advance. She's never offered to show us the video of the entire day-most likely because her version won't match the video (which she probably deleted). I would urge anyone reading this to look up her other negative reviews & you will see a pattern. One would think that after the other bad reviews she would've learned her lesson & called immediately when our dog was injured. I would NEVER trust sending my dog there again. Good luck to those who do because it's just a matter of time before another review like this is posted. It's a shame that the owner can't take responsibility for her lack of communication & poor decision making & just admit she was wrong. Now I see that Duke (the dog that attacked ours) was adopted out. Good luck to the person who adopted Duke. They probably know nothing of the vicious attack. Again, look at the other online reviews & you'll see the pattern. read more

I love the fact the owner and her staff are soooooo nice! Always super friendly.! My dog has been there on countless occasions . The facility is super clean all the time and in this heat we have it's always nice and cool! Props to k9 !! read more

Our dogs, Reggie and Tinkerbell stayed at K9 Wonderland in Muskego this weekend. When husband picked him up and got him home it was discovered he had puncture wounds from a bite on his hind quarter and his eye was draining pus. Husband just got them in the car and unfortunately didn't notice before leaving this facility. He did call immediately when he discovered his eye and still bleeding wounds as soon as they came in the house. We were told that "he was fine when he left here and his eye was that way when you dropped him off" well I am adding pics so everyone can see what he looked like before and after and apparently husband bit him on the way home. I would hope that if they received a dog like this coming in they would have been concerned. Also, Reggie was at his vet and received a normal exam two days prior to his stay. We spent most of Monday in emergency vets here in Milwaukee and then were sent to Madison. Reggie also has to go back to Madison tomorrow for more eye exams. I am not sure his eye will make it. We will see. He is on three different antibiotics due to the bite and injury to his eye and pain meds. I fully understand that things happen at daycares and kennels but there was no empathy and no ownership, just denial. A simple I am sorry that happened, we will try to find out what happened-would have changed our feelings. If you doubt my story feel free to IM I would be happy to discuss what happened. read more

Love that the smell of urine/feces doesn't hit you like a brick wall when you walk through the door or even go in by the dogs. I've picked up friends dogs from other locations and the places smell awful. And then when the dogs are in the car they smell just as bad. K9 Wonderland is the complete opposite of that! It's great!! I appreciate them cleaning up promptly, so it doesn't smell inside and my dog doesn't come home smelling and immediately needing a bath. A+! read more

I started taking my large puppy to K9 Wonderland LLC in July 2023. I was immediately impressed with being able to drop in at all times and see the other dogs as well as walking all the way in to drop her off. The cameras are a huge bonus! It's so nice being able to view what the dogs are up to. It's fun to watch the dogs play whenever I want. I am glad the dogs go outside for playtime when the weather permits as my dog loves water, so she gets pool time with her four-legged friends. There are plenty of toys to go around and even couches and chairs for the dogs to take a rest on. I think the owner Rachel genuinely cares about all the dogs and enjoys what she does. She even takes time to hand feed your dog lunch if you take it. No complains about K9 Wonderland! read more
