We got our little Ada from Tinytykes, my schedule is a little funky but the owner, Darcy and her team were able to be there when we were ready to take her home. They answered all of our questions, they were patient with us as first time dog owners, and it was an overall good experience.

We bought our puppy here a couple of weeks ago. We met the owner and she was extremely patient as we looked at their selection of puppies. She was very informative of which breed of puppy would be great for our family. She gave us a health guarantee of our new family member and gave us a full list of vaccinations that the puppy received. We are extremely happy with our decision. Thank you Tinytykes.

I purchased my mini dachshund from Tiny Tykes 2 months ago and absolutely love him. The owners were very accommodating, as I was going to be out of town when he would be available, so they held him for me an extra week. (Free of charge) When I brought him home he was already potty pad trained! The Son of the owner breeds dachshunds, and was incredibly knowledgeable. He even offered me his phone number to call day or night if I had any concerns before I spend money on a vet or panic as this was my first puppy. I even came back to buy puppy food from them. I was very picky when getting my doxie and as a dog foster mom for the past two years, I wanted to ensure my breeder was safe, reputable, and trusting. I can't speak for other breeds, but if you're looking for a dachshund this is the place to go!

Darcy provided great service when I called regarding dogs available and was willing to take a deposit and hold our puppy for two days before we could get into town to get her. The store was clean and you could tell the puppies are well taken care. Thank you we love our puppy, Olive!

This by far was one of the best experiences we had purchasing a puppy from a breeder. Darcy will not release her puppies early or to just anyone. We had to wait until our Mini Maltese was 13 weeks old. Maggie came to us in excellent health. Our vet Dr. Flaska was very impressed with how well she was cared for. She came with a 5 year health guarantee. Darcy (the owner) went over the best foods to feed our Mini Maltese, as well as beneficial vitamins, training suggestions and provided immunization records. Maggie has one of the best dispositions. She is very gentle and very loving. Darcy's dogs are raised in home with a lot of care. They come very PRE-SPOILED. I would buy another puppy from Tiny Tykes in a heart beat. Her business is very clean and well maintained. Darcy will answer any questions you have!

Update: My puppy Addison is still doing very well, I know people get excited and post positive reviews when they get a new pet so I wanted to leave an update. She has grown into her body and everyone always compliments how sweet of a dog she is. She is very smart but still barks at the doorbell and bites at your feet when you walk but I am chalking it up to puppy behavior. All in all I couldn't be happier and still recommend everyone get their puppy from tiny tykes

We purchased 2 Morkie puppies from Tinytykes sister store Pups and Stuff and are THRILLED with them!! We drove in from Minneapolis, MN and then transported them home to NC a few days later. Dustin helped us and was fabulous, the customer service is exceptional. He even answered my call at 12:30 at night regarding the puppies and was wonderful!! He even called us a few days later to check on the puppies. We are so happy with the service we have received, if you want the best you go to the best. No questions they are family run and know all about the breeds they sell, all questions I had were answered knowledgeable and patiently. Highly recommend, they deserve 10stars!

**just went into the store today to discuss with a manager (she claimed she reviewed video footage…read moreof the incident) and I was told that I was the problem (the customer) and that under previous management the store was losing $50,000 and that they are so much better now. She told me that nothing would be changing and that the employee had every right to keep yelling at me even after I asked her to stop 40-50 times. Then, AFTER another customer walked in - as we were speaking - she then said that the employees would be written up and that she would have a discussion with them and they would be 'disciplined'.** Seems to be a lot of over sharing, lack of control/management, and customer service in general. What a shame. I am not the first person to hear of this behavior at this store as of recent. Complaint against: Bentleys Pet Stuff 2352 E Oklahoma Ave Milwaukee, WI 53207 Date: Monday 05/11/2026 Approximate time: 4:45 p.m. Employees: the two women with fluorescent pink hair working at this time (I have been shopping here loyally for approximately 8-9 years.) Situation: I walked into purchase cat food with my 10-year-old son, who wanted to buy cat treats. We looked around and did not see any, so I asked the employees (who had been sitting by the front door on a bench on their cell phones when we walked in), and their response (both talking to me at the same time) was a complete rundown of how ordering works, delivery for the store, how much stock they have in the back, why it's not out because they got it in that day, etc. At this point, I asked her to please stop and just finish checking me out. She then continues by asking for my phone number for loyalty. I give her the first three, the second three, then gave the last four digits. She typed in 5-2, then proceeded to pause, and so I repeated the last two: 7-0. She then says, "Excuse me, but I heard you the first time. I really don't need you saying it again to me." I then say, "This, sucks. I have been shopping here for almost 10 years, and I have never not seen cat treats, but have always been offered a solution, nor have I been spoken to/experienced this." She then (the shorter one with the bright pink braided hair, not the tall one with short hair and piercings) begins yelling at me, all while the other employee joined in - at this point, I am simply repeating "please stop" probably 40-50 times all while she is yelling at me still, and the other one is just standing there smiling at her. I then point to my son and then look at her and say, "Really with my son here," and she keeps yelling. I keep saying, "Please stop." She eventually gets to the check-out part and she tells me, "You know you can pay now, right? Let's go." And I say, "It's not up yet. I will when it's ready." While I am taping my card to pay, she says, "You know you came at us, so that's why this is happening." At which point I grab my cat food and instruct my son to walk out, and when doing so, I say, "I just want you to know I will be reaching out to District to file a complaint. As the door is closing, they both scream, "HOPEFULLY (and I am pretty sure b*tch!)."   I genuinely will never shop there again, and that sucks. When Izzy was managing the store, that NEVER happened; nothing even remotely like it happened. The fact that they spoke to me like this as employees, screamed at me, all in front of my son-- over cat treats and me asking them to keep checking out, then repeating "please stop" 40-50 times-- is just mind-blowing. When we got in the car, my son said, "I didn't think people that work at a store can talk like that. I was so upset I wanted to say something for them to stop. I am sorry that happened to you, Mom."   I would really love a phone call or something to get this sorted.

The whole staff was so kind and excited when I showed up with my dog. They offered some treats to make him comfortable, and let me wander in peace while he got his nails trimmed in back. They did a great job trimming his black nails down to a shorter length and filing them so they weren't sharp. Might be one if the best nail trims I've found in the city. We will definitely be wandering back!

It was 97 degrees today, and he was dropped off for his grooming appointment at 8:30 a.m. He has never taken more than 4 hours to groom. I hear nothing by 1:30 and call them to see what's going on. The groomer acts INCREDIBLY shady when I check in and tells me it's taking long because he has "a lot of hair" I even told her "This feels really uncomfortable" and she laughs and assures me all is well. I should have known then. By 4PM, I again still hadn't received a single phone call, text, or update. After nine years of regular grooming, no groomer has ever kept him anywhere close to that long. I completely understand that giant breeds are physically demanding to groom, which is why I always tip generously--typically 40% or more. I've even had groomers ask if I was sure I meant to leave that much. My gut was screaming at me to go check on my dog so I did. I rush over to discover that my dog has been sitting in the back ALL day and they were only just beginning to start his cut. AFTER EIGHT HOURS. Instead of receiving a sincere apology, I was met with excuse after excuse: the groomer was new, he has a lot of hair, giant dogs take longer, etc. The manager was so incredibly nasty and dismissive, and the groomer even giggled during our conversation. "I told you I was junior hehe!" as if I heard her or even knew what that was supposed to mean. If it takes you three days to groom a dog maybe reconsider your profession. What was borderline abusive is what happened after I left. My dog immediately pulled me toward the nearest patch of grass and desperately needed to go to the bathroom. After being there for eight hours, it was clear he hadn't had a potty break ALL day. He is a SENIOR DOG. No dog should be left in a crate for an entire workday without communication to the owner. If they were running that far behind, someone should have called so I could have picked him up or rescheduled. Instead, he spent the day waiting while I had no idea what was happening. They clearly do not know how to manage their appointments and all of the dogs pay the cosequences in their grooming sweatshop. My dog was EXHAUSTED, so thirsty and so hungry for being forced to stay there ALL DAY while they took dog after dog instead of him. SHAME ON YOU PETCO. I won't be returning, and I strongly encourage other pet owners to stay far away as they obviously do not care. They tried to block my Petco account so I couldn't provide feedback but don't worry gals - I'll share my story across every platform I can find.

They give away hundreds of pounds of supplies and toys at these events. The vets, staff, board and volunteers work for hours to do this for the community. I've had the good fortune to volunteer at these and after servicing roughly 900 pets at a recent clinic, I was thrilled to have done something so impactful. Pet owners are so grateful for these services. I've also benefited from their fostering program and adopted two cats into our household, while my BF has rescued another pair. The staff and vets and volunteers deserve the upmost praise and respect for the good they do for animals - and their people. Try to support them - volunteer, donate items or your time. Maddac has been so nice and helpful with the whole adoption process, they make it easy. What really makes them shine is a homeless kitten with all the medical care and fixing vs the in house kitten gets the same care at like $15 so even if you don't adopt one of there animals they make it super cost effective to bring a stray in and make it very encouraging to adopt thet stray animal with the price incentives when my vet was quoting $600. Overall they do an excellent job at getting animals homes even if you adopt there's with finding a stray, now two kittens are warm and safe.
