You know what happens when you realize what you like actually matters? When you realize that all this time while i thought "Dad Bod" was ok and I was overlooking things that should have mattered? What happens? Turns out I wash my car for the second time in two weeks after neglecting it for almost 17 years...I am sorry baby. Today I was driving down Farmington on the way to Cedar Hills Crossing and i thought to myself...a flock of birds decided to poop on the hood of my car the other day and I am here, what the heck. Last time I was here I had a gift card and just got the basic wash. This time I didn't, but once again I said, "It's time to respect the Focus." I purchased the Ultimate Car Wash without batting an eye and made sure to roll my windows up. It was $15 but apparently having a clean(er) car helps with self esteem as well. The attendant gave me three car wipes, but I purchased an additional 5 (only $2.50) because they were 100% necessary. I got into crevices that hadn't been touched in over a decade. Let's just say if this car was a cartoon character it would have been Pigpen from Peanuts. I wiped out the area underneath the trunk hinge. There were leaves and moss that was actually growing moss on it. Now I am not proud of this, but I am proud that I have finally realized that everything reflects on me. I cleaned all the removable plastic inserts and the emergency break. Basically I did a self detail job for less than 20 bucks. Now I am not saying it is perfect...yeah there are still soda stains in the carpet, but I digress. On my way to dinner, and on a rare sunny day after a week of rain, I drove through Kaddy car wash to get my car clean. I love Kaddy. All locations. my car always gets super clean without any issues. Plus, and most important, you can vacuum your car for free! A vacuum is necessary if you want to get the job done. Why have the outside sparkling and leave the inside dirty? Not at Kaddy! Really frustrating experience. I'm really not the type of person to leave reviews, however: I've been coming to this place for years because it's closest to my house and they have a lot of vacuums,, which is really nice. Today after an advanced $10 wash and using the vacuums I noticed my car was still pretty dirty, I ran my fingers across it and it was still covered in dust and pollen and grime. (I use my car to drive to work that's it. I'm not out going mudding in my Kia.) I go back through the line and tell the cashier "hey I noticed that my car is still really dirty.. would it be possible to pay the difference of $5 and get an ultimate wash?" He said "uhhh yeah I think I can do that for you" I was super thankful! After I was done, I noticed my app said I was charged for $15 and I was kind of confused so I went back to speak to the cashier and he apparently did not understand what I was asking in the first place . He said I could get a refund but when I spoke to the assistant manager, she said I definitely couldn't get a refund and they don't offer complementary washes for upset customers. There was no way for that conversation with the cashier to be to be misconstrued. I simply wouldn't have paid for another wash if I wasn't paying the difference and I would've been totally okay with it. I think he just made a mistake and didn't want to own up to it, but who knows. My point is I spent $25 to get a mediocre car wash. My car is still dusty. They were rude to me when I was kind of the entire time and felt anxious asking them in the first place. It left a bad taste in my mouth and now I gotta find a new car wash place. So yay bad review. read more

This location used to have great customer service too, but now has taken to talking about the dents in your vehicle instead of discussing cleaning options. They have a smug attitude you have a dent and are excited to tell you about it. When asked about cleaning options they barely have anything to say. In addition, one of their trainers was onsite obviously observing from a distance never smiled and almost seemed mad. Obviously, they think a mad face and discussing your dents will somehow make you want to go through the car wash. Are they an Autobody shop? If so when I get through the car wash I would like my quote and hopefully a smile too. Good news they hired a new person and he seemed friendly unless they train him also to scowl and discuss dents. If you have a nice truck or vehicle I wouldn't go here cause the owner don't care. Great job cleaning my truck for $10. I would advise they adjust the angle of the blowers to not break wiper arms. My wipers were fully down, and the blowers still lifted them out of the pocket. I'd rather have water spots than a repair bill. read more

I really liked Kaady until they got rid of their multi-wash cards. That was a big part of the reason I went (my truck gets dirty and the wash doesn't always get it - so having a couple of bucks off the wash was a decent trade off for me.) HOWEVER, I vocalized that when I drove through one day and the manager came by and addressed it with me right away. I didn't realize they allow you to go through the wash TWICE consecutively - and they'll even use some rubbing alcohol on tough to get spots if needed. I'm still giving 4 stars because of the punch card change but I have to give credit where credit is due. They actually do have a great customer facing business and that shows in the effort they take to make things right (including getting that car of yours clean.) read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Not worth the car damages and horrible customer service. I went to take my car in for a quick wash and ended up getting sandwiched in between two cars with my car getting damaged due to the wash glitching and slamming our cars together. After my customer service file, John Jenkins contacted me saying he did not see anything in the footage and tried gaslighting me that our cars did not hit. They said they would not provide any security footage of the wash and that they are not entitled to any of the damages. This place is a SCAM. read more

This is my go to spot for more of my car washes because for $7 they do a great job - quick old in and out and boom done. Easy to park and vacuum which comes with your car wash which is great since you can take your time. This Kaady really is my favorite one because of how easy it is to get in and out of and I have never had issues with it being overcrowded or difficult. read more

Run from this place. Having Covid is better than the experience here. This morning I took my outback in and paid for the ultimate wash. When I paid I asked a very specific question about if the machines will bend my license plate. I was assured they wouldn't and you can guess yes in fact they did. Unfortunately that was not the extent of my frustration as that I could have overlooked. When I got out to check for the damage the entire back of my car was not cleaned. I went to mention both these things to the lady I purchased my wash from and she could not have cared less. The resolution she provided was she would kindly let me out of the lane so I didn't have to pay for a second wash. What a joke. I came here with my sister for a quick wash, her car got hit with bird poop. The employee was super nice & pleasant. She got the pass/ stickers - buy 3 get the 4th free. She asked for some wipes and he handed a few to her (free of charge, just ask) The car wash feels short compared to the TV Hwy location. It did a decent job. We vacuumed the car, but the trash cans were overfilled. There's at least 4 vacuum stalls. read more

This used to be Carraige Car Wash. Kaddy bought it and it sucks now. What used to be interior and exterior detail is now a simple exterior car wash that didn't even get it clean. I have dirt dripping from my bumper, on the windows, etc and it was barely even dirty to begin with. There are no longer any scents available, even to buy. The vacuums are $4.00 and last a couple of minutes. I barely got the main part of the interior vacuumed before it quit. Kaddy took a perfectly awesome car wash and killed it! Yes you used to have to wait forever, but at least it was clean inside and out. Not coming back. I can get a better car wash at a gas station. read more

Nice enough guys. During wash I heard loud "thunk" noise and my car shook. Sounded/ felt like some sort of mechanism impacting my car. Ended up with 2 deep scratches- not quite dents in the passenger side rear door. I polished as best I could. Marks remain. I will not be back. read more

Awful car wash, and customer service. I wasted $10 only to be told by the 'car care specialist' that I had to scrub the bird crap, that didn't come off in the wash, myself. Then they gave me a dry paper towel to scrub the hood of my car in a mini skirt in front of 4 men. The older, grey haired customer service representative was ready to go home for the day at 2:30pm so didn't take the time to address the situation. The only one who seemed to care was the young man in a sweater, who was just as surprised as I was at the way the employees were acting. Why argue? I just wanted a clean car if I paid $10. I had a great experience here, actually. I'm not comparing it to what used to be there, because it's a different business...it's no longer full service wash and detailing. It's a drive through car wash plain and simple, and a pretty good one as drive through car washes go. It's $7 for the regular car wash, $10 for the wash/wax (I think they call it protectant or something.) $7 is just fine with me as I have a bad shoulder that's been really acting up lately, so I am trying to avoid aggravating it right now which put washing it myself out of the question. I think the drying time at the end in the wind tunnel section of the car wash is a little longer than most; it really dried my car pretty well so there are no spots. The wheels are sparkly too. I didn't vacuum it, but there are several self-serve vacuum stations and they take dollar bills so no change needed. I like that. I like the way my car looks. It's clean and my shoulder isn't aching the next day, and that's worth $7 to me. read more

Last week, I paid $10.00 for the premium car wash at the Allen Avenue Kaady Car Wash. I had been to Crater Lake on a ski trip and had sprayed dirt on the sides of my car. The attendants did not take a mop to ease the removal of the mud on the car. I drove home after the car wash and parked in my garage. The next day, I noticed that there was still quite a bit of debris on the car. The day after that, I went to Kaady, showed the attendant the car and was told that they no longer do a pre-wash with mops. I asked for another car wash. The attendant talked to the man inside; then came back to me and told me that I had to come back the day of the car wash if there was a problem. Therefore, they would not redo the car wash. Kaddy can say all the negative things they want, but I remember this place was thriving not it seems dead every time I drive by, I went in anyway and paid for the top of the line deluxe wash. Those brush things inside the wash broke my license plate cover, it then snapped off and chipped the hood of my car. I reported it to the guy up front and he became really rude and told me that it was my fault for having one. A manager then came over and I explained what happend. He offered to fix it for me, but he had a look like he didn't really want to though. First and last time I'm going to these guys. read more

This was my first experience, but it was impressive! I got right in, in spite of several cars already being there, and was done in just a few minutes. I'm used to waiting in line, taking a long time, and paying just as much without vacuuming. The fact that the vacuum was included and I could take all the time I needed was so helpful! It's a pretty good car wash. Its one of the few in the area and it never seems to be super busy. The wash itself was pretty good but the wheel cleaning and shine was pretty poor... it ended up getting all within my wheel well but not really one the wheel and rim... This is the closest car wash to my house and I go every four weeks. The last three times there have been two or three cars in line. Not busy. I hate the way they pack you into the wash right on the bumper of the car in front of you and the car behind you right on your bumper. I wouldn't pull up and was yelled at by the worker to move forward. I'll move forward when I feel comfortable. They are a malfunction or one idiot away from having a pile up in their car wash. My car got minor scratches, I didn't know where that happened but I saw it when I was drying my car after a wash at Kaady Car Wash, when I showed it to one of the employee he took my info. Few days later I was contacted by one of the manager his name is Zed, this guy took his time to come all the way to check my car. I was not even expecting call from this company but they did and Zed was supper nice and smart business minded person. This place was fabulous!! I went about 8pm on 4/7/15 and they were still open... My car filthy.. The employees were so perfect, positive, explained everything, and courteous. The wash was really clean. Vacuuming is free! No quarters to mess with! And the hoses hang from above so you don't have to fight with them. Even the tires were cleaned just on the drive through!
