I really really really appreciate this service. This time (my second) I presented them with a Subaru caked in playa from Burning Man. Like, mega caked inside and out because we were so excited to finally make it to the Burn that we hopped out of the car to hug the greeters, leaving the doors open, and immediately a dust storm kicked up. Like last time, they were able to schedule me quickly! The same two polite gentlemen showed up at my house and put in several hours of elbow grease. It was so easy, priced fair, and my Subaru baby looks like a normal car again. I'm chemically sensitive and the products they use seem to work well AND leave no residual odor once they've dried. Michael went above and beyond my expectations today. I called in for a quote to get my car detailed after a incident occurred the night before (vomit). He addressed my concerns and was able to squeeze me in today. It took about 3ish maybe 4 hours to complete the detailing but when he finished... my God! My car looked brand new ! I was not expecting him to leave it the way he did. I was very impressed by his customer service to make sure it was what I was looking for. We have a 2008 Toyota Highlander that's been mostly been our kids' car for the past several years: never detailed, I'm not sure ever vacuumed, and rarely taken through the wash. I didn't expect much and was just hoping to get a better cleaning than I'd be able to do. The actual results were amazing - they arrived on time, set up a tent out front to get the car out of the rain, and proceeded to make the outside sparkle and the inside look nearly new. Three guys, about 4 hours (we'd been quoted 3-4 hours so ran some errands while they worked away) - power-washing, vacuum, shampoo, even got some stains off the inside of the passenger door that we'd not been able to remove. We felt like it was a tremendous value for the final $379, which was pleasantly close to the phone quote of $350. I highly recommend this company and will use them for any future auto detailing. read more

I bought a Groupon for a basic detail, and when I called to make the appointment, they immediately tried to up-sell me. Now, I sort of fell for it, only I didn't understand that the services were an EXTRA $100 not $100 total including the Groupon voucher. So, when the serviceman arrived, he and I were both confused, and I ended up settling on the basic detail I'd originally requested. When finished, the car was very clean, even the cat hair(!) Which is the ONLY reason I am not giving this company 1 star. They did a wonderful job with the actual cleaning. HOWEVER, the very worst part is this: one of the servicemen BROKE a piece of my car, did not inform me, and left it in the ashtray. Then, when I called the owner, he denied his men could have *possibly* done this, even though it was obvious to me. He asked his guys, called me back and continued to deny everything. I strongly urge you to consider my experience when you schedule a cleaning. I understand accidents do happen, and we are only human, but as a respectful, tipping customer, I deserved to be at the least TOLD about this when it happened. read more

There are not enough words to describe how 1l this service was provided! I an extremely picky about how my car gets cleaned and as my husband pointed out I'm never happy when other people clean it. my car was stolen months ago and it was abandoned with the window busted. When I got it back mold had started growing. I couldn't afford to fix it so it only got worse - and it was BAD. It's a 2005 Passat Wagon and was in fine shape before it was stolen so I wanted to get it professionally cleaned. I called Go Green and they quoted me over the phone and were available the next day - and the best part - THEY COME TO YOU! They were on time, extremely friendly, and so efficient. I have voiced my concerns with Groupon, the owner Harold and I now share them here. Groupon buyer beware! The following things were not done on my SUV: the center armrest (which covers a storage unit) was not touched, cleaned or vacuumed. I was told that if it was not empty, they assumed we did not want it cleaned. The area between the passenger seat and the emergency break was still littered. On the second vehicle, the trunk was not vacuumed or cleaned around the trunk inner rim. They did not show up on the scheduled date and time. I called them a half hour after the appointment time. Harold seemed apologetic, and offered for a next day appointment, but then pointed out (after I had already emailed back and forth with him 4 or 5 times) that I was "out of their service area). What a mess! This was a Valentine's gift for my husband and myself to ourselves! We get better work for $40 anywhere on Vancouver's Mill Plain. read more

My 36-year-old Mercedes had been neglected for months. I let it sit uncovered outside for too long, and the car developed a water leak that led to standing water in the back and muck and mold crawling over every interior surface. It was pretty bad. I was worried that it was beyond hope. I found Go Green and saw another reviewer who had a mold problem, along with some impressive pictures of mold removal from a car interior on their website. So I called and set up an appointment. Michael and Jesse showed up right on time and did outstanding work. I've had the car for 11 years, and it had been detailed before I bought it, but that was nothing compared to this. The interior now looks brand new, and has likely not looked better since it was on the dealer's lot in 1982. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny and in line with what others charge. I bought a Groupon for a basic detail also. Making the appointment went well but he did try to upgrade the services for another $100. I did not upgrade. I had no idea how limited the service was for this Groupon. As for the work done, I was not impressed. There was no detail cleaning of the console or dash area. Plus the trunk was not vacuumed. I would not buy another Groupon again from this company. read more
