I took the faucet back and we were assured they would return our money. After multiple calls and emails, I gave up and accepted this return would not happen. This is the main reason why I am giving them three stars. In summary, great store for tiles, not a good option for fixtures... I found out the hard way. Prosein does not offer a real warranty on fixtures (at least not on mhiler). You are better off buying leading brands such as Delta, which recently sent me three new fixtures for another property at no cost. The original fixtures were installed three years ago!

I hired them to paint several rooms and install a wallpaper accent wall. The wallpaper installation was done poorly--the pattern didn't come close to lining up, making the result look unprofessional. They acknowledged the issue and agreed to repurchase the wallpaper and redo the work, but then failed to follow through properly. They didn't purchase enough materials and left the job unfinished. Communication was just as frustrating. Partway through the project, Diego stopped responding entirely. I spent months calling and texting to try to resolve the situation and align on next steps. Eventually, someone claiming to be his assistant contacted me via WhatsApp to say he would not be calling me back. Overall, the lack of workmanship, accountability, and communication made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this contractor.
