I can't thank Tina enough for her support and flexibility. I have visited the office in person a few times and it is in pristine condition; everything is so clean and bright! I mostly did telehealth with Tina for the majority of treatment, further demonstrating her ability to accommodate for her patients. As a result of treatment, my jaw has stopped clicking and sleep apnea has reduced. My tongue posture has improved completely. You really don't realize how many issues improper tongue posture can cause and how often one uses their tongue in improper posture until you experience myofunctional treatments. Though I was personally unable to fully address orthodontic relapse due to other health issues impacting gum health, Tina was able to help address maladaptive swallowing patterns/habits that impact teeth movement after orthodontics which I still feel was important to correct in my treatment. I truly believe that myofunctional therapy is a must for anyone going through orthodontics or having recently finished their orthodontic treatment to best preserve orthodontic work. I wish I knew about myofunctional therapy when I got my braces off a decade ago! I am very grateful for Tina's help and the improvements that I have been able to make in the present, and these are habits that I think will improve my overall quality of life.

IVs were the last thing on my mind and they were in no rush for me to use the credits as I did not receive any type of reminder call from them. I called a week and a half ago letting them know that I'll be in town and would like a refund for the credit that I have. A receptionist confirmed that I did, indeed, have a credit and that it was for an IV package. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. Debating whether or not a small claims court is worth it, but definitely spreading the word so that customers don't get bamboozled like I did.
