I was so excited to finally have my own transportation and was ready to take for a spin. Got in my new to me car, started it up, put all my necessary documents in the glove box, put the car into reverse, backed out of the driveway, and it died right there in the middle of the street. I was so bummed because I signed those papers, saying that I am purchasing the car as is. Hoping it was just bad gas I figured I would let it sit over night and try again in the morning. That night, I did some internet research on this particular car and the problem I was having seemed to be common with this model. Morning came and it was still not starting. I called Auto Dimensions and explained to them what happened. They came by my house thirty minutes later with the mechanic, looked at it, and decided to have it towed back to the shop to fix it up. WOW. They showed so much integrity and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. After they put some bucks into fixing it and fixing some things that could potentially be a problem, I picked up my new to me car. I thanked them so much for being good me. They said it was no problem. If they knew it was a problem they would have fixed it before I bought it and apologized for the inconvenience. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. They are good people.

My son saved money he made from serving 2 years in military to purchase a car. We test drove a Kia and was told it had a rebuilt title due to minor damage but ran great. He seemed like a honest man so we trusted him. We unfortunately bought the car and a month later start havin problems. My son had to go on a 2 week training so we parked it til he got back. When he got back we had it looked at to find out that the car had a major engine problem and was a recalled engine that was eligible for a full replacement. We call Kia in hopes to get it replaced but find out due to it having a rebuilt title that it no longer qualifies for the replacement. I had no idea about any of this. So I called Justin in hopes mb they wld do something to make it right. He just kinda gave me the run around about it like it was our fault. Then said he would call his boss and let us know but I hvnt heard back from him. My son is extremely depressed now and doesn't know what to do at this point. I feel like they knew this and just took his money anyways not giving a crap that it had a bad motor. They never mentioned it or told us this was a very risky buy. More than risky it was a complete lemon buy all around. I guess they thought they should get his military money instead of him and he can just walk to training. Way to give thanks to a troop! Shady people . Please don't buy here. The car hasn't went completely out yet but it's on its way out. I asked my son do u wanna try n sell it befor it doesn't run at all and try n recoup some of ur money in hopes to buy something else. My son said mom id rather walk then do this to someone else. Went in one day, they worked with us and we left with that car that day. It had a few repairs that needed to happen, but they included those repairs in the contract and said they'd make an appointment with us to get them fixed soon. The management and ESPECIALLY the receptionist, Deja, was very helpful in getting the appointment scheduled to bring the car in for the repairs. Deja is a rockstar! She was very adamant about making sure he was pleased and had all the help he needed. He took the car in, was given a loaner to last him till he repairs were done, and got his car back the very next day! Philip and Deja are rockstars!

Was told moter had been replaced still have not seen the paper work on moter swap was told moter was deleted (disel) it was not This place lives up to every used car salesmen joke you can think of dishonest shady and uncaring is how I would describe them.
