My go to smoke shop. The owners are great and they have a wide variety of product. I always find what I need and then some

Usually I would say this is a good smoke shop. I'm on the phone with my mom and she's buying puff bars for my brother and she tells him it's burnt. He gets mad and goes what're you talking about it works I'm not doing this the next one you open you keep. He starts to try and argue with my mother and then I'm sitting there like what in the world. I'm on the phone and hear everything he ask who's that and my mom tells him my daughter. He said let me speak to her. Literally starts talking at the phone "I don't understand what she is talking about it don't make sense I'm not gonna be losing a lot of money like this." Bro they cost like 20$. Your product is burnt how is that the costumers problem? You have to be kidding he claims to be the owner and I highly doubt it if he's confident enough to talk to people like trash. Everyone else that works there has been nice up until this point. Go here if you wanna be treated disrespectfully. read more

I've really enjoyed my experience at Kachi smoke shop. The owners are attentive and friendly, they have a wide variety of items in a small space, and the newest and best vapes anywhere in the area. Prices are moderate. Parking is easy in the big Von's parking lot here in Nipomo. read more

my friend and I came in to purchase a piece of a vaporizer that she needed on a smok brand vaperizer. Search to go browsing looking at all of his nice pieces, I even complimented on how nice the pieces that he had were. We were not looking around for longer than 5 minutes before he came over to us asking us what see what we wanted to buy what door he needed to open. I replied that we were kind of just browsing she did not seem too happy with that answer. Within two to three minutes after that he came over to us with his keys telling us that he needs to close the store he had many things to do that day and that we had to hurry up and leave. At that point my friend ask San about the smoke Vapes and the extra piece that she needed he was very rude and said no he did not have the piece that she needed even though it was right under the glass where we were standing. She was pointing to it and he still said no we do not have that one. So getting the hint me and my friend stepped outside so he could close the store like he said he needed to. Right outside the door to the smoke shop is a pillar and like a trash can I sat down the bottom of the pillar and with a cigarette and my friend stood next to me another customer washes store and she trying to be courteous went ahead and closed the door for him close. He came outside in a rage inside do not touch my door and I told him how rude he was and how much of a prick he was being and how he would never get any my money or any of my friends money. And so I can sweetie I'm a sment he actually told me that I was a bitch I would do believe that this is the owner of the store because he is the one pictured in the picture on this website. He told us we need to leave go away walk away I told him was a free country and I could sit where I wanted to but just in case we made sure that we went ahead and walked just in case he called the cops and said we were loitering. I recommend never going to smoke shop unless you're going to spend money and he let the owner know right away that you're going to spend money in his store or else he will not want you in his store. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any establishment I have been to. read more

I had a good experience here buying a push button vape pen the first time I came. Cheap and easy, and the employee (middle-aged blue eyed woman) was very helpful. My mistake was coming back for anything else. The next visit, a middle-aged man (who I believe is an owner) seemed to be extremely bothered that I was interrupting him from something in the back room. I had a question about the vape pen (it didn't come with any instructions and I couldn't find anything online) and by the way answered me, I had almost no confidence he knew what he was talking about. He was very curt and again, visibly annoyed that I was taking time looking at some products. I ended up purchasing a glass bong, only to have the bowl piece snap in half while loading it just a week later. I'm very familiar with glassware, and this was not user error. I understand and agree with a no refund or return policy at a smoke shop, but I've never bought such a fragile piece of glass in my life. If you're going to supply poor glass to your customers, be willing to make it up to them when it breaks. These people (besides the helpful woman I met the first time) act like there isn't a smoke shop literally right across Tefft that takes better care of its customers and isn't bothered by their presence. read more
