The ceiling repair had to dry so it could not be completed on the same day. The crew cleaned up and took all the debris with them. The representative, Leo, was rude lied about the work he was supposed to do until I had him read the quote he sent me , then started back-peddling his lies. In addition to the lying and refused to give my deposit back, they trampled all over mine and my neighbors flower beds, killing lots of plants and grasses. I will be taking them to small claims court get my deposit back. I'm now left with a walkway that is a hazard, stones that are uneven by as much as 2 inches and sloping towards the house. I have two stones that are over the property line (on my neighbor's property), I have two flower beds, one is my neighbors and my neighbors grass, that have been severely damaged. Additionally they used photos and video of my property, without my consent, posting it on social media as if the work was good. They were not the right choice for me and felt like they tried to take advantage of the situation.

After I saw them I ignored those items and asked him if he could stop out and finish 1 small item he could not get to. He said he would and then sent me the bill. I paid the bill in full thnking he would honor his word and stop back to fix it. (it was actually something he caused when he was fixing something related to it.) After I contacted him he promised to come over several times and gave me dates and times he was going to stop but has failed to show every time. He doesnt contact me at all. He did say, only because I asked him, if he had charged me for that and he said 'no'. I told him I would pay him for the extra work to be fair to him. Still nothing!! In summary if you want A+ work on everything from beginning to end he might not be the guy for the job. If you are willing to overlook small mistakes and possibly unfinished work then he might be the guy you want. He also told me he would send a link to me so I could give him a review .
