My appointment was scheduled for 5 pm on a Saturday. About 45 minutes before my appointment, Eric emailed me and informed me that he had a walk-in who wanted a tattoo. Eric asked me if I could come closer to 5:30. I agreed. When I went in later, Eric apologized for delaying the appointment, and that he explained firmly to the walk-in that he had a scheduled appointment and would need to work quickly to respect my appointment. I really appreciated that. Eric asked me if I could describe or show him what I wanted. I showed him a couple of pics I found on the web. He said no problem, would probably take about 15 minutes. He sketched it by hand first, then transferred to a computer, and then got to work. It took about 15 minutes like he said and I love it! Eric explained the tattoo after care that I should follow, as well as providing me with printed instructions. If I decide to get another tattoo, I will definitely patronize this studio again! My friend booked this piercer after researching reviews and treated me to matching nose piercings as a birthday gift. We were charged an undisclosed travel fee that was never mentioned prior to the appointment. Unfortunately, both piercings fell out within 24 hours. After consulting with another professional, we were informed that one piercing had been placed incorrectly and that the jewelry used was not appropriate for a fresh nose piercing. We reached out hoping for a refund or reasonable resolution. We were told only that the jewelry could be replaced with a different style that was also not suitable for a new piercing. Since then, our messages have gone unanswered. This was meant to be a special experience and birthday gift, and instead it resulted in frustration, wasted money, and the need to seek corrective care elsewhere. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend this person or her business.
