Dr Ortolano two years prior was short staffed which resulted in long wait times for pregnant mothers. Fast forward two years, he is staffed really well with individuals that really love their job. It gives you that gives you a peace of mind. He currently delivers for Trios HealthCare in Kennewick. I would recommend this OB for the Tri-Cities since he displays professionalism that should be expected working with future generations of offsprings!

He has come in on the weekends when I needed him to and works very long hours to make sure his patients are taken care of. Be warned, you will wait quite a while to see him. However, its not because he's goofing off. He is frequently running back and forth from the hospital to deliver babies and then back to his office to see patients. I am very impressed with his professionalism and empathy, which I did not find when I went to Associated Physicians for Women (now Kadlec Clinic). The only reason I don't mark 5 stars is because of his receptionist. When checking in, she asked for a payment on my balance. That would have been fine, except that she started explaining what I had done and what the individual charges were. I am very aware of what I have had done, but I didn't need the entire lobby to hear the procedures that I had done, thanks.

The care was ok at the Richland location, however, my issue is with the billing dept. Oasis does…read morenot bill in house, but is processed through upstream rehabilitation. I have only received 1 invoice, I have requested via email and by telephone, but have yet to receive one. When I attempted to call on multiple occasions, you are put on an immediate hold for anywhere from 10-30 minutes. After multiple attempts, I did get through, the woman explained my bill had gone up since the last bill, for a service that had not been billed yet. I did explain I emailed and did not receive a response, but I had not received any updated invoices with new charges or my payments. She indicated she would start sending. I received services in 2024 and have yet to receive another invoice. I have made a couple additional payments, but again I am not receiving an invoice to see that they are being applied, etc. I have again sent several emails and attempted to call and be on hold, but did not receive responses, until today I was called by a collection agency! I contacted the Better Business Bureau and am finally contacted by Upstream Rehabilitation to state that I made a verbal agreement to pay. I said I did not make a verbal agreement, what I stated was I would make payments as I received invoices. I believe I have the right to know what charges were applied, what insurance has covered and how my payments are applied to account. If you go to Upstream Rehabilitation you will see most reviews are the same as mine. This feels like a scam to send to collections by not answering emails or calls or providing invoices reflecting payments, balances or what was billed through and accepted by insurance. BE AWARE if you receive services as Oasis, you will be billed through Upstream Rehabilitation. Recently, I returned to begin rebuilding strength in my back after suffering a ruptured disc. After a thorough evaluation of my condition, they started me on a program to build up areas where I was lacking in strength.
