Month later, I get a bill based on how they coded the visit and the office manager is completely RUDE. Would not look into the matter and didn't care what I had to say. I had to hang up on her because she would not listen to me nor would she let me get a word in. I have cancelled next appointment as I will NEVER associate with this business again.

He shows up late and disheveled and said the day was 'terrible'. This at 9:10 in the morning. He refuses to honor the appointment blaming his assistant for the error. Then, instead of apologizing, he tells me that he doesn't want me as a patient and I should find another eye doctor; I certainly will and would encourage everyone else to do so as well. I only went there because the next nearest eye doctor is 30 miles away. I think that rather than directing persons in need of care to other doctors, it is time for this quack to find another profession before he causes more harm.
