Long story short, within next half hour, Kevin sent me few emails with detailed information and links, how to check the problem online, manufactory service number.... even recommended a better and cheaper printer if we are going to get a new one. Who on earth would spend that much time and effort to help a stranger, for free? I really appreciate his enthusiasm.
