She acted as if she was knowledgeable, but the information she gave was incorrect. Instead of listening or clarifying, she had a condescending attitude and behaved as though helping me was a favor rather than her job. Customer service requires patience, accuracy, and basic respect. Unfortunately, she showed none of those qualities. The dismissive tone and lack of accountability made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. Based on this interaction, she should not be working in a customer-facing role if you don't have simple patience or respect. Definitely sad to say, but lost my business over one employee.

We found him randomly at a time when my elderly mom was having a lot of computer issues and was getting confused easily. Which can be scary given the world of scammers looking to take advantage of elderly folks online, etc. I live far away from my mom so couldn't help her directly, but happened to meet Mitch when I was in town when we needed someone and now I have him go help my mom all the time. From everything to do with the printer, her phone, her computer, her wireless router, even her cable TV. And now I have him helping my elderly Aunt - again across all the electronics and computer and phone kinds of things. I'm super super grateful for his services. He's reasonably priced (we can't afford anything but what we need), he's communicative and he looks out to anticipate problems not just react to the ones that have already happened - which is great. I've actually always wondered who went to batteries plus bulbs, assuming that most people get these things from Target or Walmart. But they actually offer quite a few essential services beyond ordinary batteries and bulbs, such as car key fob replacement and reprogramming, tablet and phone screen replacement, Razr scooter repair and auto battery installation (much faster than at auto parts shops). They also sell smart home products, RV and marine batteries and more. They actually did quite a nice job with our screen repairs, and it didn't take them all that long either. The end result looked like an out of the box screen to me. Very pleased with the work they did and the price was fair. Five stars for sure. If your wife likes to drop phones on sidewalks, definitely check these guys out!
