They exchanged the item I didn't want and delivered the item I preferred instead THE VERY NEXT DAY! I'm absolutely in love with my sectional. The kids LOVE IT. So now we're left sitting with a half-assembled, unusable bed frame taking up space in our bedroom for four weeks because of their incompetence. No urgency, no customer care, and cheap furniture.
