My children noticed Easter eggs displayed around the first floor, but no one mentioned them or engaged with us in any way. We spent some time upstairs reviewing items on our own, and again, there was no greeting or assistance offered. Two associates at a table continued chatting and did not acknowledge us. Before we headed down to leave, we did have one sales person approach us and offer some recommendations but we again were about to leave. We were on the escalator and passed a couple heading upstairs who we could hear were warmly greeted, which made the lack of interaction during our visit even more noticeable. While this may have been an off evening, the overall experience left us feeling unwelcome. We will be choosing to shop elsewhere.
