I will never order from them again. My prints were damaged when they arrived to my house. I emailed them to help me and they didn't care about my small business. Order prints over 2 months ago. They told me they had shipped them sent me tracking information and everything. Looked to see if they had moved from where they shipped and all it says is preshipment label printed. I was told that the post office lost my order and that they could either reprint my order or give me store credit. They reprinted my order. I told them I would personally come pick it up they told me that they would send me an email when my order was ready. After fighting with them I finally got my order. Owner is a joke customer service is crappy. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. She is a scammer. read more

I visited this adorable boutique yesterday and thought I was within one hour of their closing time, they were all smiles! This brand new store has clothes, accessories, snacks, beauty products and shoes. I was happy to find that they even carried plus sizes! The clothes look handmade, and are very reasonable. Desirae really found her calling when opening the storefront. After having a boutique online for a few years and gaining a large following, she's opened her doors to allow locals to come shop in person. The inventory is constantly changing so you can go once a week and find something new. If you want it, you better snag it! This week I saw a large stack of something I'd like and figured I could grab it in a few days to see it was on her list of items to put in the "Final Online Sale" that night! It's okay, I know there will be something new in a few weeks that I love probably even more. On top of clothing, she carries Judy Blue Jeans which I've loved for three+ years now. They are great quality and fit curvy figures really well. She prides herself on ensuring there is quality clothing that ranges from extra-small to 3x-Large when many stores only carry a small selection. Another part that I love is that she's brought in other vendors - some of them are local small businesses - to bring creative additions from candles, poppy popcorn, jewelry, home decor and tumblers. I won't order from them again. I ordered a few months ago and the customer service is horrible. I tried to get my money back and they told me no. I even had a police report to tell them my mail wasn't delivered. They asked me to get it. When I did they told me o well we can't help you. Decided to give them a try again. Trust what Whitney and Steve said! These women are SO nasty, hateful and unprofessional! This shop is located just up the street from my mother's house and I have stopped in a few times to pick items up for her so I would shop for a bit, but I do not feel as though I am a valued customer... in fact, none of us are! It is just about putting money in Desirae's pockets. They ALL are so FAKE and I have heard them "kiss up" to people's faces and talk so much trash about them behind their backs no sooner than they walked out the door!!! I am so appalled that even the owner (who is quite disgusting in real life and on her Facebook Lives) was not just joining in on the conversations, but STARTING them! AND, You will only allow your employees to act as foul to customers as you do. This was not a rare occurrence, I have heard this garbage fest each time I have been inside the store, and I will never again purchase anything from there. I cannot in good conscience EVER shop here again, not even online. Trust me ladies, if you're ok with the way they act it is most likely, because you are a lot like them. Being rude to and gossiping about any customer is not right. A good rule of thumb that all of our mothers have taught us.... if they are talking badly about other people AROUND you, they are talking badly ABOUT you to other people! An unbelievable amount of time and effort went into writing Fake reviews for their page especially on 9/18! That alone speaks volumes about who they are, not to mention what someone who has actually done business with Desirae and worked on her vehicle WITHOUT being paid has to say!!! Tried leaving a Google review but I guess she pays to have those deleted if they are negative. The owner of this company is extremely inconsistent, they say they go live Tues-Friday at 7 but that's only when they feel like it. I just started watching them recently and was immediately turned off by the fact that the owner says they have "exclusive" items but they are literally same items you can find at other boutiques. The owner is constantly talking about other business "adventures" shes starting but can't even run the current business she has right. There are alot of similar boutiques doing slot better then this one, and they dont have to slam others to get business. Just poorly runbusiness.​ read more

I went with my mom to go pick up a order she had placed.when we got there one lady was nice the other one named Amber she is an older lady she works there was very rude.She made it seem like it was a problem to do her job.we had arrived at 2:15 which was a little later after the time they stop letting people pick up orders. Which me and my mom understand that's why my mom preceded to ask if it was a problem before she did. The Amber lady then said "you should know better then this you worked here".Yes my mom did but she also quit because the Amber lady is very nasty with her words and doesn't have any respect when working or talking to and with someone.We are big fans of Kai Rae but it is very unenjoyable when you have people like amber working there. read more

I have been shopping with Des for over a year now. I'm not local and don't get the blessing of going to her beautiful storefront, but I enjoy her lives and purchasing through the website. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. She is very accommodating when it comes to sizes. I love the graphic tees and need a larger size than offered and she and her team are on it and most times I can order them in my size. She goes in detail in lives about the product, material etc which is helpful. She always has great quality of inventory for affordable prices! Best Boutique around in my opinion! read more
