I ordered a bike through Trek to be delivered and assembled at this shop. I called before they…read morenotified me for pick up just to see if my order would be ready as I was passing through the area home from business (I live an hour away from the shop). They assured me that it would be finished within 1-2 hours. I showed up an hour later as they were just finishing up. One of the associates was letting me know some of the features as the tech took it for a quick spin post build. They did not upsell me on accessories that I may or may not need, they helped me pick out a helmet and gave me some tips for my new bike, as well as offered me two free tune ups as a new customer.
