Before my trip Todd came to my house to meet both dogs. He has such a calm and welcoming demeanor that both dogs took right to him. My shy dog was not totally enthusiastic but he let Todd pet him which I call a win! While I was gone Todd gave me regular updates on how the dogs were doing and even sent pictures to my phone. He even told me that my shy dog gave him a doggie kiss one day! I had complete confidence in Todd and did not have to worry about my dogs one bit while I was gone. Patient, kind, caring--the sweetest. It was Lulu's first time going to a groomer and because she is blind she is very sensitive to sound and touch. Andrea made Lulu feel as comfortable as possible by talking to her, playing calming music and giving her intermittent hugs. Best of all she looks and feels so much better!
