Patient, kind, caring--the sweetest. It was Lulu's first time going to a groomer and because she is blind she is very sensitive to sound and touch. Andrea made Lulu feel as comfortable as possible by talking to her, playing calming music and giving her intermittent hugs. Best of all she looks and feels so much better! She was so sweet, had all the correct tools for grooming undercoats and such, super caring towards my dogs needs, much faster than petsmart, but above all, I could tell she cared for my dogs.
