I only returned items because their sizing chart was so inaccurate. Then they rejected my return over a tiny mark even though the bottoms were only briefly tried on indoors. I paid around $65 and was told on April 3 that the item would be sent back to me if the return was denied. It is now mid-May and I still have not received the item, a refund, or even a follow-up email. Their customer service has been awful throughout this entire process. At this point I feel like I paid for something I don't even have. Between the inaccurate sizing, rejected return, lack of communication, and failure to send my item back, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.
