I have been shopping here for at least seven years. This is my first review of the store and the organization splash Hawaii. I absolutely adore this particular store in the Kahala location as they have everything you could ever want the most on trend newest styles of swimsuits beach accessories clothing and even footwear. Whenever I visit Oahu I never walk out of the store empty-handed. I especially appreciated the sales and the IG stories showing all the new products that were available for purchase and then they were shipping to the mainland. This was so convenient. The girls who work here are absolutely so friendly and kind and very helpful. I am not the ideal thin or skinny body type and they are so helpful with their opinions and suggestions. I absolutely love this store. Whenever I'm near any of the locations (Kailua, Haleiwa, or Kahala) I have to go in to check out what they have in store. Pro tip: if you find something you like, GET IT! Because it'll most likely be gone the next time you go. Everything is that amazing. Every location that I go in I am greeted by the nicest girls with the best customer service. Always smiling and always eager to help you find a certain item or size. They didn't have my size slippers there so they called to see if the other locations did. They did have it elsewhere and I was even able to pay for it there and come back to that location so I didn't have to drive to another store. The last time I shopped here, it was during the back to school promotion. I ended up buying two Nomadix towels, which will be very useful for the beach. The girls there are always very friendly. I always walk I. There when I'm in Kahala, just to browse and I just love the vibe in there. I wore my Ipanema black with gold accent sandals today. I had someone comment on how cute my sandals were. I purchased them from a long time reputable locally owned, Kamaaina retail store, Splash Hawaii (Kahala store). These back strap sandals are so comfortable. The owner/manager was very nice. She exceeded my expectations by even offering to order me another pair in a color I wanted, in my size. I have shopped at their Kailua store before too. The sales associates were always helpful. They were never pushy. A pleasant and relaxing experience. I am older. Tho I don't buy bikinis, I enjoy Splash's clothing, sale rack and their accessories. They have a variety of items. I feel this establishment has something for every age range. If you haven't visited this store, you need to. If it's been awhile since you shopped there, return. I was in there on a Wednesday and there credit card machines were out of order so I had to pay cash, over $50. I bought a tshirt and a baseball cap. i noticed a tiny stain on the shirt and decided to take it back the next day. I even told the clerk I may have dropped something on it and tried to wash it out with no luck. The clerk told me there are no returns or refunds without the owners approval. Later that day the owner told me there are no returns or refunds so I was out of luck. I said why don't you tell people before they buy something? She told me she was trying not to get mad and I was out luck. She told me too bad and I could buy another shirt for the same price if I wanted. Since they had me leave my shirt at the store I had to come back for it. This store has the worst customer service I have experienced in Hawaii in over 60 years of purchasing here. Do not shop here because if you are not satisfied you are out of luck. They will be no help at all. read more

I went in on a Saturday right after the store opened. It was empty, so easy to walk through to get an idea of what I might want. I was heading to a weekend gathering over at the Ko'olina and didn't want to drive from town to Kaneohe to grab a bikini top, so decided to head to Splash to checkout their selections. For those of you who live in Hawai'i and rarely go to the beach now maybe because we are a little older now, let me just tell you to be aware that the prices of bikinis are very expensive for such small material to cover your top and bottom! Also a lot of bikinis are sold as separate pieces and not always as a set. Prices vary anywhere from $30+ a piece to over $50+ a piece. I saw a one piece swimsuit for well over $100+. So just be aware prior to searching for your swimsuit of choice that you'll spend a pretty penny for 2 separate pieces! Pretty crazy! Gather I have daughters myself, now I realize how much they pay for bikinis when they shop. The girl working was very pleasant and helpful. She asked me what style of bottoms or tops was I looking for but I had to look at them first. She helped me gather sizes, suggested colors and also gave her opinion of the colors she like as well. I tried on the pieces I wanted and thereafter she got me other sizes. I walked out of the store with 3 pieces. 2 bikini tops and 1 bottoms. I had spend over $120. I didn't select anything fancy with designs, just solid colors, and store brand too I believe so the pieces cost a little less, but not much less than other brands they carried. When I went home, as I was cutting off the tags, I noticed that there was a piece of the material on the bottoms that was ripped near where the tie strings were. Time was a factor and I didn't have time to go back to the store that day. I was told as long as I didn't wear it or use it then I could return in with the receipt and tags that the suit came with. I finally went a week later to return the bottoms. The store policy is not returns, but they do give you store credit, so FYI. I was able to find another bottoms, not of the same color, but chose a different one and so exchanging was easily done with the receipt and all the tags that came with the piece. I would definitely go back to buy more mixed match bikini tops and bottoms in time if needed. Just keep in mind when walking into this and other swimsuit stores that you will end up paying quite a bit for a swimsuit! read more

I love Splash Hawaii at Kahala Mall. I shop here frequently for me and my daughters-whether it's cute accessories like reusable bags or slippers/sandals, or bathing suits and clothes. They bring in a great variety of brands and the service here is excellent. They are always so sweet, kind, and helpful. They greet everyone that walks through their door and always asks if anyone needs assistance.
