We were drawn in by all of the colors, varieties of merchandise, and quality of goods. SoHa Living has several locations. This store is known for home decor, home furnishings, and souvenirs. Besides tote bags, we looked at earrings, hats, magnets, zippered pouches, pillows, shell necklaces, note cards, dishes, and more! Otherwise this place is expensive but quality of items are top notch. I always say to splurge on good quality versus spend more on cheaper things to only have to replace them more often. I will say the last time I came into the store, it was quite annoying that a dog was barking quite a bit and then a comment from another customer or friend of the owner not sure. But I definitely ignored the rude remark. I just wanted to do my shopping in peace.

It's a small shop but it is packed with vintage merchandise. At first it feels overwhelming with all the different items that are displayed in the store, but once you see something that grabs your attention, your eyes focus on that one area of the shop. For me, being a huge Peanuts and Snoopy fan, the vintage Peanuts Christmas ornaments caught my eye. The vintage ornaments are ceramic, whereas the current ones are usually plastic. The salesperson seeing my interest in the Peanuts Christmas ornaments asked me if I'd like to see some that were still in boxes wrapped in tissue paper. Of course, I told her that I was interested! She was so patient unwrapping each ornament from the tissue paper and displaying them for me in the glass counter at the back of the store. She also pointed out all the different Peanuts merchandise that she had in the shop, including these really cool Peanuts Pepsi bottle caps from Japan. I didn't get the bottle caps, but I purchased several Christmas ornaments and Snoopy pins. I also added to my cart 8 Disney trading pins which were 4 for $5. I walked out of the shop with so many great finds totaling $160! The salesperson was so friendly and helpful (I didn't catch her name), that it made the 30 minutes that I spent in the shop "like a kid in a candy store" experience. I definitely will be back to this shop the next time that I visit Kailua!

Lucky for me, I was able to snag a parking spot right in front of the shop. I do know that this parking lot can get pretty packed, especially on the weekends. We were asked to bring a baby book and I loved all the options here from local authors/ artists! I picked up the " Aloha Friday Keiki Club". But there were so many other cute titles that I think would be a great addition to a keiki's reading collection. I also picked up a teething ring in the shape of a monstera leaf. I'm truly obsessed with all the island themed baby things here! They do have greeting cards but I didn't see any baby shower specific ones but there were a few cute birthday cards. Located in Kailua Shopping Center this super cute shop is filled with all things for the keiki...and keiki in heart. This shop is much smaller in comparison to Kahala but it's still filled with so much items many are very local like saimin and shave ice plushie to Hawaii puzzles, toys and decor with items for infants to toddler I've shopped here for gifts and many all ages would just love as well. Adrienne had just opened the shop for about 30 minutes and we happened to walk in and were the only customers at that time. Adrienne was very happy to help us as she offered her assistance before we even asked for help. We looked around at all their clothing, jewelry, magnets, coasters, puzzles, hair clips, games, and so much more. We already shop at the Kahala, Pearlridge & Ala Moana stores so we're well aware of their merch. Daughter & I grabbed a bunch of clothes to try on as they have these little private makeshift dressing rooms available. The store is so inviting as they have so many cute and colorful merch to select from. Even if you're not there for the clothes, they have a bunch of trinkets and cards that you'll find something to your liking to purchase. The prices are fairly reasonable for what they have. There were these cute hair clips with floral designs on a wood base attached to the plastic hair clips that was really cute. It sold for $22. It'll make a nice gift for almost any gal with long hair. There's street parking in front but I'm sure you can park in the big parking structure or huge lot across the street. We did and we didn't have any problems on our return. Adrienne was so upbeat, friendly and nice that she makes you want to be her friend for life. We'll be back to support local and dive into their new merch that they pretty much bring out often.

I guess it's been awhile since I've visited this strip in Kailua as the farmers market has relocated and work has me exhausted to a point of staying close to home. This is the second location for Sugar Sugar Hawaii and it's just as cute and cozy shop filled with all things girl power would love. There was a lot to love that I made a couple of purchase I can't say as they're gifts but know that it will go to great homes. Every item here screams with personalities that I love from beautiful jewelry, fun shirts and clothing to accessories and decor that has me falling in love.
