When they did they said it wasn't signed by the Dr. it was signed by the NP who is licensed to authorize medical orders. Then, after waiting an hour I went to see what was going on. The receptionist told me that they needed me to fill out a questioner. Something I could have done while I was waiting for an hour but she didn't tell me, and probably never would have if I hadn't asked. Still getting NOWHERE. When I asked her why she didn't give me the form when I came in she said she was too busy looking for my orders. Apparently can't multitask. Seems the questionnaire would be a standard form that she shouldn't have to think about. I'd still be waiting for it if it hadn't asked. The full waiting room of 45 minutes ago is nearly empty now and every one of those people got here after o did. If you come here, do not deal with the woman with the short gray hair behind the desk. She doesn't have a clue what she's doing. Update: After horrid front desk, the tech who ran my test, Victor, was excellent. He explained the procedure, all the details. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was efficient, professional and had a sense of humor. He answered my questions, even the silly ones with answers that were actually answers proving that he listened. Afterwards he explained when the Dr would receive the results and asked if I had an appt scheduled with the Dr. I did talk to the office mgr about the front desk woman. Hopefully they had a chat about procedure and customer facing behavior. See Victor, the tech, skip Christina at the desk. If she offers to help you, wait for someone else.

They call you back and don't leave you the extension so its impossible to get in touch with them because you get routed to general number. I felt sick on a Friday and couldn't go to my regular doctor so I came here. They ordered tests and…read moresaid they'd call with results the following week. The doctor was not a very good communicator (maybe English is her second language?) and did not appear to take my pain seriously. She also confused me by telling me the things she can't do because it was a primary care visit. The next week I waited and there was no call for my lab results. I had to call for them. She said she must've left me a message. She did not. She said all my tests were negative. Meanwhile I'd seen my regular doctor who found out what was wrong (a common health problem) and treated it. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
