Secondly, she came in and prescribed an antibiotic didn't give us a slip said it would be sent to the pharmacy and that was at 2 pm. 5 hours later nothing yet and has called the urgent care 3 times and waited on hold for longer than 20 mins to get an answer. They told me the order would be sent in one hour and I understand and get that they get backed up but maybe they need a better system or organization. No one should have waited this many hours for the medicine to be sent to the pharmacy especially when the pharmacy closes by 8 and the urgent closes at 8. If she was behind I honestly felt the doctor could have communicated it be there by end of the day or the next morning because they are back up. I mean at least I wouldn't have driven back to the pharmacy to check if it was ready yet. I am honestly so frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy what's so ever. Those medical assistants deserve to work in less stressful and hostile environment . They were rude to me but they seemed so unhappy there all of them. Another thing I did like they give you a review paper to fill out at the end of your visit like it's pushed on it . This doctor doesn't listen at all she's asked 4 times the pharmacy I use I have to her and even confirmed when I called back she still choose to send to Walgreens when I specifically asked for CVS and I gave the address and street after all that the doctor still choose to send to the pharmacy she choose which is 25 mins from my house . You can check wait times online and even put your name down without walking inside. The staff at check in is polite and always understanding.
