Would not recommend this practice if you have any other options. While the staff is nice enough the care received and the office itself was lacking. They obviously do not do any routine cleaning nor do they provide even basic care services in office. For my daughters routine vaccinations I was given incorrect information at the appointment about where to go to receive the shots and after following up was told that I could only go to a public health center that would not accept my private insurance once I arrived. read more

I'm not sure who's leaving all the negative reviews, but I had a great experience here! I don't have insurance, so I came here. There front desk girls were very friendly, and explained my options. They called me into the room in less than 45 mins. The nurse was super helpful and professional. The doctor was in after about 15 mins. The doctor was also great! If it was possible for me to give them minus stars I would, I truly don't comprehend how any company can use this place as care for their employees. My daughter was seen for a worker's compensation injury twice the second time she was told she needed an MRI... its been 25 days and nobody has reached out to let us know what is going on with the approval request...I was told it was pending...but is it that it was just submitted or just that nobody had the bright idea of a follow up with the insurance... and I got this after calling 3 times to get an update! Nurses are nice, I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes...but this place is NASTY, so 3 stars for the cleanliness ! If they were to clean and scrub down these walls OR HELL, HUST TEAR THESE WALLS DOWN AND DO A WHOLE NEW REFIRB it would be better. I went to the bathroom and didn't wanna to even sit down. This is my primary doctor!! I had to walk out because the lady's at the front desk are extremely rude!!! I was standing in line for a long time. I first got there at 3:00 and I didn't speak to someone until 3:50. I was standing in line the entire time until my mother came and told them "any time" and then they attended me. And I asked for an appointment(thinking it was going to be better) so I left and came back at 4:15. Then I was actually greeted by one of the nice ones and she helped me and gave me the link to check in. She told me to tell anyone in the front once I was done doing the check in. The lady with the SpongeBob Stanley was there and I got back in line (no one else was in line) and she told me she would help me. And I was there standing for about 25 min. She seemed to be helping everyone else out but the Hispanic people. Keep in mind this was my 2nd time getting in line. she would take her time and not attend me. One time was okay but then the second time !!! I immediately walked out because people were just staring at me I felt embarrassed and angry because I didn't receive the help I needed. My mother called for me and they also werent no help we just wanted to reschedule for tomorrow morning. And they just directed us to someone else and the voice mail just said they couldn't take our call at that time and clicked. I will be complaining to my healthcare providers this is not okay because I don't usually come and when I actually need the help the people who work at this place don't give a shit !!! read more

The hours for the clinic that are on google are not an accurate reflection of the hours the clinic actually has. Went to the clinic at 9am but when I arrived the clinic was packed because it had already been open for an hour. The ladies at the reception desk were kind and professional. I did spend a lot of time waiting just to have a two minute conversation with the provider to get antibiotics. Overall, the experience felt impersonable and rushed but I guess that's to be expected since they seem to be a very busy clinic. Overall, this clinic isn't bad but it's not great either. Still, it's a decent place to go to if you are sick and need a prescription to feel better. The clinic functions as an urgent care and a primary doctors office. Due to how busy the clinic is and my experience with the provider I wouldn't reccomend having a primary here. read more

Absolutely worst care I've ever received. I came in as a walk in and was aware I would have to fill out paperwork. I was given an appointment time... meaning at a certain time they would be able to see me. I got a text confirmation and everything telling me to "come inside" because I would now receive care. I went in and checked in with the front desk. They had me sign another paper and said "ok we will see you now". I then, waited another hour and said nothing... so I walk up to front desk being really nice... and this girl with lip fillers greeted me and wasn't necessarily the nicest. She tried to tell me that because I'm a "walk in" it would take longer... but WHY give me an appointment time if you guys won't honor that??? When setting up appointment times, you guys should tell people that... that entire 2 hours I waited... I could've probably found care elsewhere. I get it's busy and they all seem nice. But they are obviously overworked and understaffed. Things like this can make anyone irritated. I've been coming here since was a kid so for the most part... the doctors and staff are all familiar faces to me. I'm barely able to stand... you think I'm happy to sit in a room for 2+ hours with other sick ppl who are all waiting for a simple prescription for the flu/common cold? I was so irritated. One receptionist is not very helpful and clearly has no experience or place working in a medical office. I wish I got her name. I just came in for a physical and wanted a TB test. I asked for a referral for the TB to my preferred lab and they wanted to charge me 35$ for a piece of paper. Be prepared to wait. My experience here has been horrible. I came to complete pre-employment procedures: drug test, physical, and TB test. During my 1st visit, I was there 4 hours. I was told the front test failed to check me in for all procedures, and then I couldn't complete the process due to the clinic not having any TB needles. A week later, I returned after calling and confirming their shipment of needles had come in. I wait for over an hour before I am told the clinic doesn't have the right needles after all. I felt taken care off, the doctor gave attention to all of my concerns. He took the time to explain things. It's been a long time since I had an old school medical visit, you know back in the days when doctors didn't give you 10-15 minutes and push you out the door. I waited for about an hours but that's expected in a walk-in clinic, just being a book or something to do while you wait. The place was clean, staff were friendly, few people in the lobby. This is my second visit and the first time I also got great service from the doctor. The doctor gave my daughter a thorough examination and he wouldn't just sign off her physical. He didn't approve it and my daughter didn't get to participate in sports that year but I'm glad he gave us the attention that he did because that's how I found out my daughter had asthma! When I call back and the nurse gives me the run around saying my appointment will eventually happen and be patient. She refused to check on my appointment. Was not sure what to expect with all the one star reviews after reading that the service was unfriendly and the place was filthy. So far that has NOT been my experience. The clerks have been prompt and friendly. Glad I arrived early for my appointment because the amount of paperwork you are required to complete was voluminous.....Soooo many questions! They don't answer the phones and when you walk to the counter just ask a question you get an instant attitude it's like they don't want to be there or they don't enjoy their job. I went there to find out about doing a drug screen for an employer. If they would've answered their phone. I wish there was a negative star! Only my second visit at this clinic (not for myself but for my mom) and I wish I listened to what other reviewers had to say. Our first visit was in November, waited over 4 hours to be seen. I checked in with them every hour and that didn't help. The only answer I got was "you didn't have an appointment". Ugh! I tried scheduling for a follow up appointment via their online scheduling 4 times, never got a confirmation. Called and supposedly, I got their answering service. My information was taken and was told I will get a call back. Never got a call back. I finally decided to walk in today. Welp! Got taken in within 15 mins, yay! Put us in a room and an hour later, we're still there. Finally went to the front desk to ask how much longer. No response so I walked back in the room. 25 mins later, NP showed up, just to tell us that my mom's results looked really good. Then walked out! Seriously?! Then I walked up to the front desk to ask a doctors note, and they wouldn't give me any unless I see Dr. V. So I told her my dissatisfaction and she didn't care. Told her to give me an appointment to see the doctor at 4, supposedly appointment is 4 weeks out! Oh, and the other medical receptionist was staring at me...like staring! I don't understand how these people could stand working here. I would want to work in an organization with at least a decent reputation.
